هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن فاعلية توظيف قواعد معلومات بيئة التعلم الشخصية في تنمية مهارات إنتاج المقررات الإلكترونية لدى معلمي الحاسوب في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بعرض مشكلة الدراسة، وأهميتها، وفروضها، وأدواتها، وخطواتها، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، في مرحلة الدراسة والتحليل، والمنهج التجريبي، للتعرف على أثر المتغير المستقل على المتغير التابع، وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (30) معلما من معلمي الحاسوب في محافظة عجلون، حيث تم اختيارهم بشكل عشوائي، واعتمدت الدراسة على تصميم المجموعة الواحدة، حيث تم إجراء تطبيق قبلي لأدوات البحث (الاختبار التحصيلي، بطاقة الملاحظة) ثم المعالجة، ثم أجراء تطبيق بعدي لأدوات البحث (الاختبار التحصيلي، بطاقة الملاحظة، بطاقة تقييم المنتج)، ثم تطبيق أساليب المعالجة الإحصائية المناسبة باستخدام برنامج (SPSS). وتوصلت الدراسة الحالية إلى النتائج التالية: - يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (05,) بين متوسط درجات المعلمين عينة البحث في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي المرتبط بالجانب المعرفي لمهارات إنتاج المقررات الإلكترونية وذلك لصالح التطبيق البعدي. يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (5.,) بين متوسط درجات المعلمين عينة البحث في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة الملاحظة المرتبط بالجانب الأدائي لمهارات إنتاج المقررات الإلكترونية وذلك لصالح التطبيق البعدي.
The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of using the personal learning environment databases in developing the skills of producing electronic courses for computer teachers in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher presented the problem of the study, its importance, its hypotheses, its tools and its steps. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method in the study and analysis stage and the experimental method to identify the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The study was based on the design of a single group, where a preliminary application was carried out for the research tools (achievement test, observation card), then treatment, and then a post-application of the research tools (achievement test, note card), Manna Rating Card C), then apply the appropriate statistical treatment program using methods (SPSS). The present study reached the following results: 1- There is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average of the teachers' grades in the tribal and remote application of the achievement test related to the cognitive aspect of the skills of producing the electronic courses in favor of the post application. 2- There is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average score of the teachers of the research sample in the tribal and remote application of the observation card related to the performance aspect of the skills of producing the electronic courses in favor of the post application.
