سهلت التقنية الحديثة عملية الاتصال والتواصل بين أطياف المجتمع، وقربت العالم، وجعلته في منصة واحدة، وفضاء مشترك؛ فساعد إتاحة الإنترنت وانتشار وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي على تحقيق أهداف عدة كان يصعب إيجادها على أرض الواقع، إلا أن استخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في غير هدفها الرئيس؛ أدى إلى إحداث خلل في حياة المجتمعات كافة: الاجتماعية، والأخلاقية، والصحية، والنفسية، حتى وصلت إلى مستوى العقيدة، والفكر، والسلوكيات، فظهرت مجموعة من السلوكيات غير الحميدة، منها ظاهرة التحرش التي استشرت بين أفراد المجتمع بأعمارهم المختلفة (ذكورا، وإناثا)، وظهرت في البيئات المختلفة: الشرقية والغربية، النامية والمتحضرة، المثقفة منها وغير المثقفة، المسلمة وغير مسلمة. إن الواقف على ظاهرة التحرش الجنسي ضد المرأة لا يجد سببا واضحا يُسَوّغ حدوثها؛ فهي عوامل عدة، إلا أن التطور التقني أدى إلى تطور أشكال التحرش؛ حيث أصبح للتحرش الجنسي صور متعددة، وأشكال مختلفة، فراجت في ظل التطور التقني، والانفتاح الإعلامي، وانتشار وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ظاهرة التحرش الجنسي الإلكتروني؛ حيث تعد البيئة الإلكترونية فضاء رحبا لا يعترف بالمكان ولا الزمان، وبيئة خصبة؛ ساعدت كثيرا على انتشار التحرش الجنسي الإلكتروني؛ لما فيه من إمكانات تسهل على مرضى التحرش الوصول إلى الشخص داخل بيته، وفي مكان عمله، وفي أي وقت، وقد يقتحم عليه خصوصيته؛ لينتقل التحرش من العالم الواقعي إلى العالم الافتراضي الإلكتروني. ولعل من أهم الأسباب المشجعة على ممارسة التحرش الإلكتروني خفاء المعالم، وغياب الهوية التي تساعد على هروب المتحرش -مهما كان -من نظرة المجتمع السلبية تجاه من يفعل ذلك في الواقع على أنه غير مُنضبط اجتماعيا؛ وهذا بدوره جعل مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بيئة مشجعة لممارسة التحرش الإلكتروني. وقف العلماء باختلاف تخصصاتهم يبحثون على أسبابه، ويقدمون الحلول المناسبة؛ للحد منه، وكل يعالجه من زاوية تخصصه، لذا يأتي هذا البحث محاولة لبيان أسباب هذه الظاهرة، والسعي إلى الوقوف على بعض حقائقها التي استشرت بين شباب أمتنا، حتى ظهرت بين الكبار، وبين مربي الأجيال، حيث تنتشر ظاهرة التحرش -مع محاولة إخفائها- في مجتمعنا العربي الذي يرتدي لباس الحياء من إظهارها، أو حتى الحديث فيها. يسعى هذا البحث الموسوم بــــ (باثولوجيا التحرش بين الشريعة والإعلام، التحرش الافتراضي نموذجا) إلى البحث في حقيقة التحرش الجنسي، وتركيز القول على التحرش الإلكتروني أو التحرش الصامت.

It led to an imbalance in the life of all societies: social, moral, health, and psychological, until it reached the level of belief, thought, and behavior, and a set of unpleasant behaviors appeared, including the phenomenon of harassment that spread among members of society of different ages (male and female), And it appeared in different environments: Eastern and Western, developing and civilized, cultured and non-cultured, Muslim and non-Muslim. The person who is aware of the phenomenon of sexual harassment against women does not find a clear reason to justify its occurrence. They are many factors, but the technical development has led to the development of forms of harassment; As sexual harassment became multiple forms, and different forms, and in light of technical development, media openness, and the spread of social media, the phenomenon of electronic sexual harassment increased; Where the electronic environment is considered a spacious space that does not recognize place or time, and a fertile environment; Helped a lot with the spread of electronic sexual harassment; Because it has the capabilities that make it easier for harassment patients to reach the person inside his home, at his workplace, and at any time, and his privacy may be invaded by him; To transfer harassment from the real world to the virtual electronic world. Perhaps one of the most important reasons encouraging the practice of electronic harassment is the hidden features, and the absence of an identity that helps the harasser - whatever he may be - to escape from society's negative view of those who actually do so as not being socially disciplined. This, in turn, made social media an encouraging environment for electronic harassment. Scholars of different specializations looked for its causes and offered appropriate solutions. To reduce it, and each treats it from the angle of his specialization, so this research comes as an attempt to clarify the causes of this phenomenon, and strive to find out some of its facts that have spread among the youth of our nation, until it appeared among adults, and among the educators of generations, where the phenomenon of harassment spread - with an attempt to hide it - in Our Arab society that wears the dress of modesty to show it, or even talk about it. This research entitled (Pathology of Harassment between Sharia and the Media, Presumptive Harassment for example) seeks to research the reality of sexual harassment, and to focus the statement on electronic harassment or silent harassment.
