المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تعرف دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تحسين جودة العملية التعليمية من وجهة نظر طلبة علم النفس ومعلم الصف السنة الأولى والرابعة في كلية التربية جامعة دمشق، وتعرف الفروق في متغيرات (الجنس، الاختصاص، السنة الدراسية) حول دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تحسين جودة العملية التعليمية، حيث تكون المجتمع الأصلي للبحث من (2207) معلما ومعلمة، وتألفت عينة البحث من (306) طالبا وطالبة، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعتمدت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، واستخدم البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS) للوصول إلى النتائج. حيث أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها: - إن لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات دورا كبيرا في تحسين جودة العملية التعليمية بمتوسط حسابي (4.12)، وانحراف معياري (1.36). - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات طلبة علم النفس ومعلم الصف حول دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تحسين جودة العملية التعليمية تعزي لمتغير (الجنس، الاختصاص). - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات طلبة علم النفس ومعلم الصف حول دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تحسين جودة العملية التعليمية تعزي لمتغير (السنة الدراسية لصالح السنة الرابعة).

The aim of the research is to identify the role of information and communication technology in improving the quality of the educational process from the viewpoint of the first and fourth year students of psychology and class teachers at the Faculty of Education - University of Damascus, and to identify the differences in the variables (gender, specialization, academic year) about the role of information and communication technology in improving The quality of the educational process, whereby the original community of the research consisted of (2207) male and female teachers, and the research sample consisted of (306) male and female students. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach, adopted the questionnaire as a tool to collect data, and used the statistical program (SPSS) to reach the results. The most important findings: - Information and communications technology plays a major role in improving the quality of the educational process, with an average mean (4.12) and a standard deviation (1.36). - There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of students of psychology and class teacher regarding the role of information and communication technology in improving the quality of the educational process due to the variable (gender, specialization). - There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of students of psychology and class teacher regarding the role of information and communication technology in improving the quality of the educational process due to a variable (the academic year in favor of the fourth year).
