|a أصبحت دراسة تحليل الخطاب السياسي حقلا لسانيا مهما لحقه العديد من التطورات خلال محاولات اللسانيين الدائمة عن فتح مجالات عديدة للدرس اللساني المعاصر، حتى يمكن القول إن رجال السياسة أصبحوا ينافسون رجال الإعلام في النجومية.\nوتحاول هذه الدراسة أن تجلي جهود اللغويين العرب في القديم والحديث في هذا المجال؛ حيث كانت لهم أياد لا تنكر في تحليل الخطاب عموما؛ وتحليل الخطاب السياسي بصفة خاصة عند المحدثين، وسوف نرى أثر جهود القدماء من لغويين ومفسرين وأصوليين وفلاسفة في قضية تحليل الخطاب بصفة عامة، وجهود المحدثين كذلك، وكيف استفادوا من القدماء العرب، ومن اللغويين الغربيين في هذا المجال.\nوقد تبين من حال الدراسة تنوع مناهج تحليل الخطاب السياسي وتعدد مشاربه، وكان لتقدم اللسانيات الغربية أثر بارز في استناد كثير من اللغويين العرب المعاصرين إلى ما قدمه الغربيون في دراساتهم، سواء كانت النظرية أو التطبيقية، كذلك تبين أن اللسانيين العرب قد درسوا عناصر السياق اللغوي، والتفتوا إلى أهميتها عند دراسة الخطاب وإلى عناصره غير اللغوية وأثرها في دلالة الخطاب، وتبين كذلك حرصهم على فهم المعنى الدلالي، ولا سيما في النصوص الشرعية؛ لاستنباط الأحكام الفقهية من أدلتها التفصيلية؛ ومن ثم اهتموا بعناصر المقال والمقام، وما يحيط بالنص من ظروف وملابسات.\nوقد لاحظنا من خلال البحث وعي اللغويين العرب المعاصرين بأهمية اللغة باعتبارها عاملا فاعلا في الخطاب السياسي المعاصر، كذلك لاحظنا طغيان الدراسات التطبيقية على مستوى الخطابين العربي والغربي، وذلك في مواجهة الدراسات التنظيرية التي رأوا أنها قتلت بحثا في الجانب الغربي.\nويمكن القول في النهاية إن الخطاب السياسي العربي قديمه وحديثه كان ولا يزال في الأعم الأغلب خطابا غير مباشر وغير صريح، مما يعني أنه قائم في أغلبه على التلميح لا التصريح، وكذلك يحتاج مسار الدرس اللساني المعاصر في حقل تحليل الخطاب السياسي إلى كثير من الجهود التي تتآزر لدراسة الخطاب العربي والغربي قديما وحديثا وذلك لرصد الملامح اللغوية على الجانبين والتوصل إلى معرفة الدور الذي تلعبه اللغة في توجيه السياسة وخطابها.\n

|f The study of political discourse analysis has become an important linguistic field that has been affected by many developments during the permanent attempts of linguists to open many areas for contemporary linguistic study so that it can be said that politicians are now competing with media men in stardom.\nThis study attempts to illustrate the efforts of ancient and modern Arab linguists in this field. They had an undeniable role in analyzing discourse in general and analyzing the political discourse in particular among modern scholars. We will discuss the impact of the efforts of the ancient linguists, interpreters, jurists, and philosophers on the issue of discourse analysis in general, and the efforts of the modern scholars as well, and how they benefited from the ancient Arabs and Western linguists in this field.\nThe case study revealed the diversity of methods of political discourse analysis and the multiplicity of its backgrounds, and the advancement of Western linguistics had a prominent impact on the reliance of many contemporary Arab linguists on what Westerners presented in their studies, whether theoretical or applied. It was also found that Arab linguists have studied the elements of the linguistic context; they turned to its importance when studying the discourse and its non-linguistic elements and its impact on the semantics of the discourse. It also showed their keenness to understand the semantic meaning, especially in Islamic texts, to derive fiqh rulings from its detailed evidence. Therefore, they paid attention to the elements of the speech and the place, the circumstances surrounding the text.\nWe have observed, during the research, the awareness of contemporary Arab linguists of the importance of language as an active factor in contemporary political discourse, as well as the abundance of applied studies at the level of Arab and Western discourses, in the face of theoretical studies, which they considered that they killed research on the western side.\nIt can be concluded that the ancient and modern Arabic political discourse was and still is, for the most part, indirect and not explicit, which means that it is based mostly on allusion rather than clear expression. Likewise, the course of the contemporary linguistic lesson in the field of political discourse analysis requires a lot of synergistic efforts to study ancient and modern Arabic and Western discourse in order to observe the linguistic features on both sides and reach an understanding of the role that language plays in directing politics and its discourse.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021
