المستخلص: يتحدث البحث عن إمكانية استخدام المدخل التنموي من منظور الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية لتمكين الطالب الجامعي من المشاركة في الأنشطة التطوعية المجتمعية وأهمية استخدام المدخل التنموي من منظور الممارسة العامة، أيضاً لتمكين الطالب الجامعي من المشاركة في هذه الأنشطة مثل المسنين والأيتام والتوعية الصحية والتوعية البيئية حيث أن المدخل التنموي يعمل على تنمية شخصية الطالب الجامعي وتجعله يتحمل المسئولية المجتمعية ويعمل على تنمية ثقة الطالب المجتمعي بنفسه ويصبح طالب منتجا للمجتمع. والمدخل التنموي يهدف إلى التخلص من المشاعر السلبية المعوقة لسوء الأداء السليم، وتدعيم قوي الذات لزيادة الثقة بها والتقدير لها، ومساعدة الفرد على إدراك الواقع بموضوعية، ومساعدة الفرد على تقييم ذاته بموضوعية، تنمية وتدعيم الجوانب الإيجابية في شخصية أعضاء الجماعة واستثمارها أفضل استثمار.

The research talks about the possibility of using the developmental approach from the perspective of generalist practice in social work to enable the university student to participate in community voluntary activities and the importance of using the developmental entrance from the perspective of general practice as well. To enable the university student to participation in these activities such as the elderly and orphans, health awareness and poor awareness, as the developmental entrance works on developing the personality of the university student and makes him bear social responsibility and works to develop the university student's confidence in himself and become a productive student to the community. Therefore the development approach seeks to achieve a set of goals that are to get rid of negative feelings of bad proper performance and strengthen the strong self to increase confidence and appreciation for it and help the individual to realize reality objectively and help the individual to assess himself objective and develop and support the positive aspects in the personality of the members of the group and invest them better investing and helping members acquire more skills that enable them to solve the problems facing them.
