|a يدور هذا الفصل حول دور إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تطوير مؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي فهي تحظي في الوقت الحاضر علي اهتمام متزايد من قبل الإدارة العليا وذلك بهدف تحسين كفاءة المؤسسات المختلفة التي تعمل علي تقدم المجتمع ورفاهيته وبصفه خاصة مؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي حيث يعتبر أي تطور أو تحديث في الأساليب الإدارية لهذه المؤسسات يعود عليها بالنفع وعلي المجتمع وذلك يتم من خلال تحقيق الجودة في كل المدخلات والعمليات، فهذا الفصل يتناول أهمية إدارة الجودة الشاملة في التعليم، أهداف إدارة الجودة، معايير الجودة الشاملة في التعليم، ومتطلبات تفعيل الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي، والعلاقة بين التخطيط الاجتماعي والجودة الشاملة.

|b This chapter revolves around the role of total quality management in the development of pre-university education institutions in the present time receiving increased attention by higher management in order to improve the efficiency of the various institutions that work for the progress of society and its welfare, especially in pre¬university education institutions where any development or modernization of methods is considered The management of these institutions benefits them and society, and this is achieved through achieving quality in all inputs and processes. This chapter examines the importance of comprehensive quality management in education, the goals of quality management, the principles of quality management in education, comprehensive quality standards in Education, and the requirements of comprehensive quality in the activation of pre-university education institutions, and the relationship between social planning and overall quality.
