|a هدف البحث التعرف على أهم المتطلبات الواجب توافرها لتطبيق معايير القيادة والحوكمة برياض الأطفال الدامجة، ومن أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي، مستندا إلى الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات صممت للتعرف على متطلبات تطبيق معايير القيادة والحوكمة برياض الأطفال الدامجة، طبقت على عينة قوامها (٢١٣) مفردة، ولقد طبقت الباحثة على مراجعي الجودة ومعلمات وموجهات ومدراء المدارس التي بها رياض أطفال ومسؤولي الدمج بالإدارات التعليمية بمحافظة سوهاج، وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: اتفاق العينة بفئتيها على أهمية متطلبات تطبيق معايير القيادة والحوكمة برياض الأطفال الدامجة الواردة بالاستبانة، وأيضا تبين وجود تفاوت في درجة تحقق تلك المتطلبات بين منخفض ومتوسط ومرتفع.

|b The research aimed to identify the requirements of (leadership and governance) standards in the kindergarten institutions. To achieve its objectives, the research adopted the descriptive approach and applied the questionnaire to collect data, was about the requirements of applying the leadership and governance standards in the kindergarten institutions and was applied to a sample of 213 participants, the researcher applied the questionnaire to a sample of teachers, supervisors, principals, inclusion officials in the educational departments, and the members of Sohag Quality Department. The results showed that the participants agreed on the importance of applying the (leadership and governance) standards in the kindergarten institutions in the questionnaire. The responses varied (low, moderate, and high) to achieving the requirements.
