المستخلص: The objective of the study is to determine the commitment of students of post-graduate studies to ethics of scientific research upon selecting the subject of the study, preparing of a research plan and dealing with the subjects, and upon proposing and interpreting results, and checking the significance of differences among averages of the answers of the study subject according to variables of the study: Age, sex, marital status, school stage and the number of researches. To achieve the objectives, the descriptive and analytical method shall be used and a sample composed of (140) of male and female students will be selected from the regular students studying at the colleges at Al Imam Mohammad bin Saud Islamic University, and the electronic questionnaire was applied to collect the data. The study showed that members of the study sample are committed to the ethics of scientific research in the three fields of study, and their commitment was stronger in the ethics related to presentation and interpretation of the results. The Subject of the study was chosen, the research plan was prepared and the subjects were dealt with. Results of the study also have shown no statistically significant differences between averages of the answers of the sample members about commitment to scientific research attributable to variables of the study except for the marital status variable, and the differences were in favor of the married and unmarried persons. Recommendations are made according to the findings.

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد التزام طلاب الدراسات العليا بأخلاقيات البحث العلمي عند اختيار موضوع الدراسة، وإعداد المخطط البحثي، وتعاملهم مع المبحوثين، وتفسير النتائج. والكشف عن دلالة الفروق بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد الدراسة حول ذلك وفقاً لمتغيرات الدراسة: السن، والجنس، والكلية، والحالة الاجتماعية، والمرحلة الدراسية، وعدد الأبحاث. ولتحقيق الأهداف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (140) من الطلاب ذكوراً وإناثاً المنتظمين بالدراسة في الكليات بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية، وطُبق الاستبيان الإلكتروني لجمع البيانات. وكشفت النتائج أن أفراد عينة الدراسة ملتزمون بأخلاقيات البحث العلمي في المجالات الثلاثة للدراسة، وكان التزامهم أقوى في الأخلاقيات المتعلقة بعرض النتائج وتفسيرها، ثم اختيار موضوع الدراسة وإعداد المخطط البحثي، والتعامل مع المبحوثين. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد العينة حول الالتزام بأخلاقيات البحث العلمي تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة باستثناء متغير الحالة الاجتماعية، وكانت الفروق لصالح المتزوجين وغير المتزوجين
