The objective of this search is to identify some of social and economic problems related to renal failure and ways of confrontation, and that should be achieved through answering the following questions: What is the social problems (specifically in the field of social harmony, the area of family relations, social activity and the area of discretion) related to renal failure? And what is the economic problems (specifically relating to work and income) related to renal failure? And what is The most important ways of confrontation that enable to face the social and economic problems for patients with kidney failure? To answer these questions, the search depends on the descriptive analytical methodology through using the questionnaire. The search is implemented at the dialysis center in east of Jeddah hospital and dialysis center at King Abdul Aziz in Jeddah by selecting proportionate stratified random sample with size (121) patients. The search has concluded with the following outcomes: the majority of patients with kidney failure feeling lonely even if they are with others which affects the social their adjustment, also this search results confirm the majority of patients face difficult to take care of their family members, and Search results showed that the vast majority face difficulties in exercising what is affecting the social activities, and the search result shows that social problems according to the field of discretion that the majority of respondents said that they can choose the dialysis center that they want. On the other hand, the results regarding economic problems according to the field of work shows that the labor market refuse to recruit them because of their health status, and according to the income results proved that the majority of the patients believes that the procedures for obtaining financial support from various parties difficult and not easy. Also, the results shows the determination of a minimum wage it's the most important ways to help patients with kidney failure to face the social and economic problems. and This study has included a number of recommendations.
هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على بعض المشكلات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية المرتبطة بالفشل الكلوي والتوصل إلى أساليب تمكن من مواجهتها، من خلال الإجابة على التساؤلات التالية: ما المشكلات الاجتماعية (وتحديدا في مجال التوافق الاجتماعي، مجال العلاقات الأسرية، مجال النشاط الاجتماعي ومجال حرية التصرف) المرتبطة بمرض الفشل الكلوي؟ وما المشكلات الاقتصادية (وتحديدا المتعلقة بالعمل والدخل) المرتبطة بمرض الفشل الكلوي؟ وما أهم الأساليب التي تمكن من مواجهة المشكلات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لمرضى الفشل الكلوي؟. وللإجابة على هذه التساؤلات اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدمت أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات. حيث تم تطبيق البحث في مركز الغسيل الكلوي بمستشفى شرق جدة ومركز الغسيل الكلوي بمستشفى الملك عبد العزيز بجدة على عينة بطريقة عشوائية طبقية مكونة من (121) مريض ومريضة. وقد توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أن غالبية مرضى الفشل الكلوي يعانون من الشعور بالوحدة حتى لو كانوا مع الآخرين مما يؤثر على توافقهم الاجتماعي، كما أكدت نتائج البحث حول المشكلات الاجتماعية وفقا لمجال العلاقات الأسرية أن غالبية أفراد العينة يجدون صعوبة في رعاية أفراد أسرتهم، وأكدت النتائج وفقا لمجال النشاط الاجتماعي وجود صعوبة في ممارسة الرياضة بشكل مستمر لمرضى الفشل الكلوي مما يؤثر على نشاطهم الاجتماعي، وكشفت نتائج البحث حول المشكلات الاجتماعية وفقا لمجال حرية التصرف أن غالبية أفراد العينة يمكنهم اختيار المستشفى التي يرغبون بإجراء الغسيل بها. ومن ناحية أخرى، كشفت نتائج البحث حول المشكلات الاقتصادية وفقا لمجال العمل أن أغلب أفراد العينة يرفض سوق العمل توظيفهم بسبب حالتهم الصحية، أما بالنسبة لنتائج البحث حول المشكلات الاقتصادية وفقا لمجال الدخل ثبت أن غالبية العينة ترى أن إجراءات الحصول على الدعم المادي من الجهات المختلفة صعبة أو غير ميسرة، وقد بينت نتائج البحث أن تحديد حد أدنى للأجور حتى لا ينخفض الدخل بسبب المرض من أهم الأساليب التي تمكن من مواجهة المشكلات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لمرضى الفشل الكلوي. هذا وقد تضمن البحث عددا من التوصيات.
