المستخلص: المدرسة الكوفية هي القطب الثاني للدرس النحوي في تاريخ الفكر الإسلامي، حيث سايرت المدرسة البصرية منذ الطور الثاني من أطوار النحو وهو طور النشوء والنمو، وسجل التاريخ لها إسهامات مؤثرة في التأليف والتقعيد والتدريس وكل مظاهر الاستقلالية العلمية والكينونة المذهبية، فهو مذهب مكتمل الأركان، له آراؤه العلمية الخاصة التي استمدها من مصادر السماع والقياس كما هو منهج البصريين مع اختلاف بينهما في تقديم أحد هذين الأصلين على الآخر. ومع هذا الحضور البارز لهذه المدرسة في تاريخ الفكر النحوي إلا أنها لقيت نقداً شديداً من الدارسين قديماً وحديثاً من عدة زوايا، من أبرزها وسمها بأنها مذهب يقوم على التساهل والتسامح في الاستعمال اللغوي، وعدم الضبط التقعيدي المطرد. وتأتي هذه الدراسة بعد التتبع والتحليل الدقيق في المطولات النحوية لتبطل هذه النظرية المتداولة عبر القرون، ولم تسلم بها على إطلاقها، بل أثبتت مظاهر للتشدد والتضييق لدى الكوفيين في المسائل النحوية في بابي المعرب والمبني والنكرة والمعرفة ويتبعها بقية الأبواب في دراسات لاحقة بإذن الله. وهذا التشدد النحوي الكوفي وإن كان لا يقارن كثرة بالتشدد البصري إلا أنه كان حاضراً بشكل ينفي عنهم التساهل المطلق. وقد عرض الباحث مسائل التشدد النحوي الكوفي في الفصل الأول في تسع عشرة مسألة بذل فيها جهداً في التوثيق والتقويم لكل مسألة، ثم أتبعه بدراسة تحليلية لهذه المسائل في الفصل الثاني كاشفاً عن مظاهر التشدد النحوي الكوفي ومنطلقاته، ثم عرض أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث. وبالله التوفيق.

oufi school is the second pillar of grammar studies in the history of Islamic The K thought. It went hand in hand with the School of Basra since the second phase of Grammar which is the phase of emergence and growth .It also has a remarkable influential contributions in authoring, investigating, teaching and historical record of all kinds of independent thinking and doctrinal institutionalism all of which make it a full fledged doctrine with its own independent views that are based on hearing, so the method followed by the Basra school although they differ analogy which is al in the emphasis they give to one or the other of these two basic principles. Despite the prominent role of this school in Grammar history, it was subjected to both old and modern scholars on a number of grounds notable severe criticism by among which is the allegation that it is a doctrine which is based on leniency and inexcusable tolerance for the usage of the language and a lack for strict language scrutiny rules. present study comes after closely following and critically analyzing grammar The reference sources so as to nullify this theory which has been circulated around for centuries. It does not take the theory for granted but rather it highlights the signs of ty and restrictiveness on the part of the Koufians in grammatical issues in the rigidi alma’rifa and other subjects will -almabni and alnakirah-two subjects of almu’rab follow in subsequent studies ,insha Allah. This Koufian grammatical rigidness, arable to that of Basrah, was definitely present in a way that though not comp decisively absolves them of any allegations of leniency or inexcusable tolerance. The author surveyed the issues of Koufian grammatical rigidness in the first chapter cases in which he exerted some effort in authenticating and with the use of eighteen assessing each issue. This was followed by a general analysis of these issues in the second chapter which exposed the signs of the Koufian rigidity and their motives s of the researchand reported the major finding.
