تناولت هذه الدراسة دور نواب مجلس الشعب في حماية وتشجيع الصناعات المحلية وتطويرها في الفترة من 1971 2011-، وقام النواب بتقديم العديد من الأسئلة وطلبات الإحاطة، بشأن القضايا التي تم عرضها على المجلس، كذلك ناقشوا القوانين الخاصة بالصناعة والاستثمار في مجال الصناعة وقدموا العديد من الاقتراحات والحلول للمشكلات التي واجهت الصناعة خلال فترة البحث. انقسم البحث إلى أربعة عناصر ومقدمة وخاتمة، تضمن العنصر الأول "دور الحكومة في حماية الصناعة وتشجيعها"، وحوى العنصر الثاني "الاتفاقيات الدولية لتمويل المشروعات الصناعية"، واشتمل العنصر الثالث "الاستثمارات في مجال الصناعة"، وتناول العنصر الرابع "تحديث الصناعة وإدخال التكنولوجيا"، وتضمنت الخاتمة أهم نتائج الدراسة، وأهمها: مناقشة نواب مجلس الشعب قضايا حماية الصناعات الوطنية وتشجيعها على الدخول في مجال منافسة المنتجات الأجنبية، يتضح جلياً من خلال مشاركتهم في إبداء لآرائهم ومقترحاتهم فيما يعرض على المجلس من تقارير بشأن التعريفات الجمركية وضرائب المبيعات كذلك دعم النواب للحكومة في إبرام الاتفاقيات في مجالات التعاون الاقتصادي والصناعي وتمويل التوسعات في المصانع، ومناقشتهم قضايا الاستثمار وتشجيعهم للحكومة على إبرام مزيد من اتفاقيات حماية الاستثمارات المتبادلة وتأسيس الشركات الاستثمارات الصناعية، ومناقشة قضية تحديث الصناعة وتشجيعهم على اتفاقيات التمويل بشأن دعم برنامج تحديث الصناعة ومطالبتهم بدعم التكنولوجيا في مجال الصناعة لتحقيق ميزة تنافسية للصناعات المصرية.
These researches handled the role of the people's assembly members in protecting, encouraging and developing the national industries during the period (1971 – 2011A.D). The members submitted many questions and request briefing concerning issues have been presented to the assembly, also the discussed the laws related to the industries and investment in the industry field and many of suggestions and solutions to the problems that face the industry during the research period. The research was divided into 4 elements, an introductions, and the conclusion. The first element included "The Role of the Government in Protecting and Encouraging Industry". The second element tackled "The International Conventions in Financing the Industrial Projects". The third element handled "The Investments in the Industry Field". The fourth element tackled "Modernizing the Industry and Engaging to Technology". The conclusion included the following important results: The people's assembly members discussing protecting and encouraging the national industries to engage with the competitive foreign industries, it is illustrated clearly during their participation in expressing their opinions and suggestions issues submitted to the assembly concerning tariffs, sales taxes, as well as the member's support for the government in issuing agreements in the field of economic and industrial cooperation in financing the factories expansions, and their discussion issues concerning investments and encouraging the government to issue more conventions concerning mutual investor protection, and establishing industrial investment companies, and discussing modernizing the industry and encouraging it in the financing conventions concerning supporting the modernization program and the request to support technology in the field of industry to achieve a competitive advantage in the Egyptian industries.
