يعد التفكك الأسري من المشكلات الاجتماعية الخطيرة التي تعاني منها المجتمعات الحديثة والتي أفرزتها مجموعة من العوامل والأسباب المتداخلة فيما بينها، ومن أبرزها عوامل التغير الاجتماعي السريع وما صاحبة من آثار سلبية أثرت على بناء وتركيبة الأسرة وأنماطها، ومن هنا هدف البحث في محاولة ربط الجريمة بالتفكك الأسري؛ باعتبار أن الأسرة المسؤول الأول عن نمو شخصية أبنائها، فإما أن تجعلها سوية وإما منحرفة تنغمس في الجريمة. وقد تم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات وعينة عشوائية من الأسر المتفكة، وكشفت النتائج أن التفكك الأسري مشكلة اجتماعية ناتجة عن تصدع العلاقات الاجتماعية كالشجار والنزاع والعنف والطلاق والفقر الذي يحدث داخل الأسرة، مما تؤدي لضعف الدور في تنشئة الأبناء بالطريقة الصحيحة والخروج عن المعايير التي يحددها البناء الأسري، والتي قد تدفع بأفراد الأسرة نحو ارتكاب سلوك إجرامي يضر بأفراده والمجتمع ككل.
Family disintegration is one of the serious social problems that modem societies suffer from, which is produced by a set of factors and causes intertwined with each other, most notably the factors of rapid social change and the associated negative effects that affected the structure and composition of the family and its patterns, hence the aim of the research in an attempt to link crime with family disintegration Considering that the family is primarily responsible for the growth of the personality of its children, it either makes it equal or perverted and indulges in the crime. The questionnaire tool was relied upon to collect data and a random sample from broken families, and the results revealed that family disintegration is a social problem resulting from the rupture of social relations such as quarrels, conflict, violence, divorce and poverty that occur within the family, which leads to a weak role in raising children in the right way and deviating from the standards that it sets. Family construction, which may push family members towards committing criminal behavior that harms its members and society as a whole.
