المستخلص: يدرس هذا المقال الطبيعة السياسية للمجتمع البيضاني زمن الحرب من خلال قراءة القواعد التي تتمحور من خلال تحليل إواليات التحالف السياسي الحربي، بينما استرعى انتباهنا على الخصوص محاولة التمييز بين أنظمة التحالفات القائمة على المركزية السياسية في مجال الإمارة التي تمنح للقبائل القدرة على الانتظام تبعا لشبكة العلاقات السياسية بين الأمير ومقربيه، وبين القبائل التي انشقت عنه. ومن جهة أخرى نهتم بدراسة الأحلاف الحربية زمن الحرب في النظام القبلي استنادا على قراءة مقارنة بين النظامين معا، ومثله، عمدنا إل تحليل إواليات التحالف بناء على مداخل عديدة، أهمها استراتيجيات إدماج الدخلاء واستبعادهم زمن الحرب من الرئاسة، وكذا مرونة التحالفات وخضوعها لقواعد متغيرة باستمرار.

En se basant sur l’analyse du discours de référence, autour de la nature politique de la société maure, nous travaillons sur l’étude des règles qui tournent sur la définition de la nature politique de la société en temps de guerre à travers l’analyse des systèmes d’alliance politico-militaire, en essayant d’exprimer les bases des systèmes dualistes a partir desquels s’organisent les systèmes d’alliance, basés sur la centralisation politique dans le domaine de chefferie qui donne aux tribus la capacité de s’organiser conformément au réseau des relations politiques entre l’émir et ses proches ainsi entre les tribus qui ont rompu avec lui. D’un autre coté nous sommes intéressés de l’étude des alliances militaires en temps de guerre dans le système tribal, ensuite la souplesse des alliances et sa subordination au règles toujours en mouvance

This article delves into the political dynamics of Baydani society during times of war by examining the rules through an analysis of military-political alliance mechanisms. Our focus is particularly on distinguishing between alliance systems based on political centralization within the emirate's domain, where tribes organize according to the political relations network between the ruler and his close associates, and those tribes that separate from this central authority. Additionally, we explore military alliances within the tribal system during wartime, employing a comparative analysis of both systems. We investigate alliance priorities using various approaches, including strategies for integrating and excluding outsiders during wartime, as well as examining the flexibility of alliances and their adherence to constantly evolving rules.
