المستخلص: يؤدي استيعاب الأفراد لقيم الثقافة والاتفاق عليها، إلى توجيه سلوكياتهم وفق مضامين هذه القيم، بحيث تجعل الثقافة والقيم سلوكيات البشر في المواقف المتشابهة ذات طبيعة نمطية متكررة إلى جانب أن الاتفاق بين أعاء المجتمع هو مصدر فعالية القيم في تأكيد التماسك الاجتماعي، فإن هذه القيم تتسلل من خلال التنشئة الاجتماعية لتشكل الضمير الفردي، بحيث تسيطر الثقافة على سلوكيات البشر من خلال وجودها الرمزي في فضاء المجتمع، وكذلك من خلال تشكيلها للضمائر الفردية لتدفع الفرد باتجاه إنجاز سلوكيات تؤكد التماسك الاجتماعي ولا تضر به. إن التماسك الاجتماعي لا يتحقق إلا بتعاضد جميع مكونات النظام الاجتماعي، وإذا ما اعتبرنا مثلا الأسرة هي النظام، فهي تتكون في بادئ الأمر بزوجين أثنين، وحتى يتحقق استقرارهما، وجب أن تتوفر فيهما المودة والتفاهم والتراحم، ويدرك كل منهما حاجة الآخر إلى أن يكمل نقصه، حتى يصلان درجة الكمال، وبالتالي الرضا، ثم إذا اعتبرنا الأسرة نسقا في المجتمع، وجب منها أن تدرك مسؤوليتها ودورها، في تنشئة أبنائها، وفي علاقاتها مع باقي الأسر، وفق ما تمليه معتقدات وأعراف المجتمع الذي تنتمي إليه، ليتحقق الاستقرار والأمن الاجتماعي.

These values infiltrate through socialization to form individual consciences, allowing culture to control human behaviour through its symbolic presence in the societal space. Additionally, culture shapes individual consciences to guide individuals towards behaviours that confirm social cohesion and do not harm it. Social cohesion is only achieved through the cooperation of all components within the social system. Take, for example, the family as a system, which initially consists of two spouses. To attain stability, they must cultivate love, understanding, and compassion, each recognizing the other's needs to complement their own deficiencies. This collaborative effort leads to a level of perfection and, consequently, satisfaction. When considering the family as a system within society, it becomes imperative to recognize its responsibility and role. This includes fulfilling duties in raising children and managing relationships with other families, all in accordance with the beliefs and customs dictated by the society to which it belongs.
