يعالج هذا البحث وجها من وجوه الإشكال المصطلحي في حقل الدراسات القرآنية، وبالأخص تلك المتعلقة بالإبهام، في حدود مصطلحات ثلاثة يكثر دورانها لدى المشتغلين في حقل البحث والدراسات القرآنية، هي: (أصول التفسير، قواعد التفسير، علوم القرآن) والعلاقة بينها، ويسعى البحث لتحقيق جملة أهداف: 1-الإسهام في معالجة جملة من المصطلحات في نطاق حقل الدراسات القرآنية، وتبين حدودها وتبيينها وماهية كل منها. 2-تقديم أنموذج تطبيقي لمعالجة الإشكالية المصطلحية في مجال الدراسات القرآنية. وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يتضمن (مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة، وقائمة المصادر) كالآتي: المقدمة: المبحث الأول: المصطلحية في حقل الدراسات القرآنية. المبحث الثاني: تعريف كل من: (أصول التفسير، قواعد التفسير، علوم القرآن) والفروق بينها. المبحث الثالث: موضوعات ومباحث كل من: قواعد التفسير، أصول التفسير، علوم القرآن. خاتمة، وقائمة مصادر البحث. وقد خلص الباحث في خاتمة بحثه إلى جملة من النتائج والتوصيات منها: 1-ضرورة تقسيم قواعد التفسير قسمة ثنائية: أولا- قواعد أصول التفسير، ثانيا-قواعد كليات القرآن الكريم ومعهودات خطابه؛ إسهاما منه في استكمال إنضاج الشق التأصيلي لعلم التفسير، وبلورة مصطلحاته. 2-أن ضبط المصطلحات المتعلقة بالتفسير والدراسات القرآنية عموما تعطي لهذا العلم هويته وتميزه عن غيره. 3-يجب الاستفادة من الجهد المبذول في الدرس الأصولي لدى الفقهاء والأصوليين في إنضاج (أصول التفسير وقواعده)؛ لكونهما أسبق في بلورة أصول فنهم، والوصول به إلى مرحلة النضج، ووضوح المعالم. 4-يوصي الباحث بمواصلة الجهود لاستكمال دراسة مواضع الإشكال المصطلحي في حقل الدراسات القرآنية، فما تم التعرض له في هذا البحث من بحث الإشكالية في المصطلحات الثلاثة (علوم القرآن، وأصول التفسير، وقواعد التفسير) ليس سوى إشكالية واحدة من جملة إشكالات كثر، تنتظر من يتناولها بالبحث والدراسة.
This research addresses one of the forms of terminology in the field of Qur'anic studies, particularly those relating to the thumb within the limits of three terms that are frequently used by those involved in the field of research and Qur'anic studies: (origins of interpretation, rules of interpretation, Qur'anic sciences) and the relationship between them and seeks to ach ieve a number of objectives, including: 1- Contributing to the treatment of a range of terms within the field of Qur'anic studies and showing their limits and what each of them is. 2. Providing an applied model to address the terminological problem in the field of Qur'anic studies. The nature of the research required that it include: Introduction, The First Topic: Terminology in the Field of Qur'anic Studies. The second topic: the definition of both: (the origins of interpretation, the rules of interpretation, the sciences of the Qur'an) and the differences between them. The third topic: the topics and investigations of the rules of interpretation, the origins of interpretation, the sciences of the Qur'an. Conclusion, list of search sources. In conclusion, the researcher concluded a number of conclusions and recommendations, including: 1- The researcher reached the need to divide the rules of interpretation by two- first - the rules of the origins of interpretation, - the rules of the faculties of the Holy Quran and the principles of his speech, in order to contribute to the completion of the originalization of the science of interpretation and the crystallization of its terminology. 2. The control of the terminology relating to interpretation and Qur'anic studies in general gives this knowledge its identity and distinguishes it from others. 3. The effort exerted in the fundamentalist lesson of jurists and fundamentalists should be used to mature (the origins and rules of interpretation) because they are ahead of the development of this science and bring it to maturity and clarity of features. 4- The researcher recommends continuing efforts to complete the study of the topics of the terminology in the field of Qur'anic studies, what has been exposed in this research from the research of the problem in the three terms (Qur'anic sciences, the origins of interpretation, and the rules of interpretation) is only one of the many problems that await those who deal with them by research and study.
