|a فموضوع البحث هو: المصالح المرسلة في سورة آل عمران تأصيلا واستنباطا واستشهادا، واخترت هذا الموضوع؛ لأن المصلحة المرسلة نوع من المصالح التي ذكرها الأصوليون في باب المقاصد، واختلفوا في كونها دليلا من الأدلة الشرعية، ويقصدون بها: كل منفعة لم ينص الشرع على اعتبارها أو عدم اعتبارها، إلا أن نفعها قد ثبت للعقلاء في جلب مصلحة أو درء مفسدة، ولا تعارض الشريعة بوجه، فلما تأملت ممارسات الناس وتنظيماتهم في شؤونهم المختلفة وجدت أن كثيرا منها يدخل في مضمون هذا الدليل، ولما لم أجد من أهل الاختصاص التفاتة واسعة إلى ربط هذه الممارسات والتنظيمات بالأصول والقواعد الشرعية- رغبت في الكتابة في هذا الموضوع، واخترت سورة آل عمران كأنموذج للاستشهاد ببعض آياتها على ما وقفت عليه من مصالح يعمل بها في حياة الناس اليوم، فإن كتاب الله تعالى أصل الأصول، وإليه المرجع في كل حادثة ومسألة.

|b The topic of this research is about “Unspecified Public Interests of Surah Al Imran. It is reviewing, deducting, and citing study. I have selected this topic because the unspecified interest is a type of interests mentioned by the fundamentalists in Purposes Chapter and they differ upon it, being an evidence of Sharia evidences. It means any advantage or benefit which is addressed in Sharia texts considerably or inconsiderably. However, its usefulness is proved to the wise that it brings advantage (benefit) or prevents disadvantage (harm) and it does not contradict Sharia concepts in general. As I have contemplated people’s practices and arrangements in their different situations and affairs, I found a lot of them included in the context of this evidence. Since I have not found any considerable concern from the specialists to connect such practices and arrangements with the fundamentals and Sharia basics, I like to write about this topic. I have selected Surah Al Imran as a model to bring evidences from selected Ayahs that reveal the interest used by the people nowadays. The Book of Allah (Subhanahu Watala) is the origin of everything and the reference for any case or any issue.
