520 |b The aims of this study are to build a program including artistic, athletic, and leisure time activities in order to develop their personal abilities and satisfy their psychological needs. In building that program the researcher took in consideration that all those activities should fit the sample age, and other variables such as, working, not working, living in edged house, and in their own house, (age: 60-65) The sample: 300 edged were selected for this study, 167 males, 124 females, 96 from the sample were working and 204 were not working, some of sample was living in edged houses, 93 were drawn from edged clubs and 111 were living in their houses with their families. Tools: several tools were used in this study: - Information sheet - The activities program used in this study (security, love and belonging, self evaluation, and self realization) Results: the program proved its efficiency in satisfying the needs of the edged and in developing their abilities in occupying leisure time in all samples. Results showed the needs of the edged for that kind of programs is essential for the entire sample used in the study. An important recommendation, that these programs are needed in that age.
