تتلخص الدراسة في إبراز مفهوم كليات المجتمع، ومشكلة الدراسة تتحدد في مدى تحقيق كليات المجتمع للبنات حاجة سوق العمل من وجهة نظر الهيئة التعليمية وهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تحقيق كليات المجتمع حاجة سوق العمل من وجهة نظر الهيئة التعليمية وتأثير متغيرات الدراسة على استجابة أفراد الدراسة والمقترحات التي تساعد كليات المجتمع في تحقيق حاجة السوق من العاملات الماهرات وقد خرجت بنتائج منها: 1- وجود انخفاض في درجة ملاءمة مخرجات التعليم العالي لسوق العمل السعودي 2- عدم توزيع الطلاب بين التخصصات حسب متطلبات سوق العمل 3- عدم ترشيد القبول في التخصصات النظرية مما أدى إلى عدم التوافق بين مخرجات التعليم العالي وسوق العمل فأحدث نقصاً كبيراً لسوق العمل السعودي في المجالات الفنية 4- قصور كليات المجتمع للبنات في تحقيق حاجة سوق العمل من المهن التي يحتاجها 5- قلة فرص الالتحاق بالتعليم العالي لخريجي المرحلة الثانوية. وقدمت الدراسة توصيات منها: التعاون في توفير قاعدة وطنية للمعلومات يشكل مرجعية ديناميكية يستعين بها القائمون على إدارة التعليم المتوسط للحصول على مؤشرات و معلومات حديثة تتعلق بأنواع المهن والتخصصات وإعداد التقنين في كل منها، إضافة إلى المستويات المهنية والكفايات العلمية والأدائية والسلوكية المطلوب إتقانها وفقاً لحاجة سوق العمل الآنية والمستقبلية، استفادة كليات المجتمع من الجامعات السعودية بالاستشارة عند تخطيط برامجها والاستفادة من مبانيها واستئجار بعض الأجهزة منها لدى الحاجة، استفادة كليات المجتمع للبنات من الهيئة التعليمية في الجامعات والأساتذة المتقاعدين للعمل لديها كمدرسين غير متفرغين وذلك لرفع الأداء الأكاديمي لهذه الكليات مع الاستعانة بالاختصاصيين والفنيين العاملين في مؤسسات سوق العمل كمحاضرين ومدربين غير متفرغين لطلبة كليات المجتمع.
The study highlights the concept of community colleges . The study problem is concerned with the ability of the girls community college to satisfy the demands of the market place from the point of view of the academic community . The study aims to know the ability of community to satisfy the market demands from the point of view of the academic community and the effect of the study’s variables on the response of the study sample and the suggestion that help the community colleges to satisfy the demands of the market place . and the results of the study were as follows : 1- The decrease in the suitability of the higher education with the Saudi market demands . 2- The enrollment in humanities and social studies more the science based studies which lead to the lack of suitability of the outcomes of higher education to the market demands which resulted in a large shortage in the technical demands of the Saudi market. 3-The lack of distribution of students between different specialties according to market demands . 4- The inability of community colleges for girls to satisfy the needs of the market place . 5- The lack of opportunity for high school graduates to enroll into higher education . The study offered a number of suggestions First, to provide a database which can function as a dynamic reference where the members of the middle higher education can use to aid them in learning the demands of the market place at the present time and in the future . other suggestion included the encouragement of community colleges for girls to benefit from Saudi universities by asking for advice and guidance for its programs as well as the use of the universities campuses and buildings , the renting of some of the universities equipments when needed , benefiting from the academic staff and the universities retired professors to work as part time staff at the community colleges and that is to better and refine the academic achievements of the community colleges , lastly the use of specialists and technicians from the market place to work as part time instructors at the community colleges.
