المستخلص: الصلاة، فناقشت مسألة (منع الجمع والجماعات في ضوء انتشار الأوبئة، وباء كورونا أنموذجا، دراسة فقهية مقارنة) فبينت أحكامها، وما يتعلق بها من مسائل، مثل: التعريف بصلاة الجمعة وفضلها، وحكمها، والتعريف بصلاة الجماعة، وفضلها، وحكمها، وحكم منع الجمع والجماعات خوفاً من انتشار الأوبئة، وأخيراً :ذكر بعض فتاوى العلماء المعاصرين والهيئات الشرعية في هذه النازلة، ثم ختمت الدراسة بخاتمة، تضمنت أهم النتائج والتوصيات. وخلصت هذه الدراسة إلى نتائج جليلة من أهمها: أنه لا خلاف بينهم أيضا في جواز ترك الجمع والجماعات لمن خاف على نفسه الإصابة بمرض كورونا، كما أنه لا خلاف بينهم في وجوب الالتزام بمنع إقامة الجمع والجماعات في المساجد في مثل هذه الحالة إذا صدر قرار بذلك من الدولة، ورجحان القول بجواز منع الجمع والجماعات في المساجد عند حصول اليقين أو غلبة الظن بحسب إفادة الخبراء الثقات بأن هذا التجمع سوف يؤدي إلى انتشار الأمراض بين الناس، وذلك تحقيقا لمقاصد الشريعة في حفظ النفوس.

This study dealt with a doctrinal approach related to the spread of epidemics, which is one of the calamities related to the strength of religion and its pillar, which is prayer. It discussed the issue of' "preventing gatherings and groups in light of the spread of epidemics, the Corona epidemic as a model, a comparative jurisprudential study." It explained its rulings and related issues, such as: Introducing the Friday prayer and its virtue, its ruling, and the definition of group prayer, its virtue, and its ruling, and the ruling on prohibiting the gathering and groups for fear of the spread of epidemics, and finally: some fatwas of contemporary scholars and legal bodies regarding this issue were mentioned, and then the study concluded with a conclusion, which included the most important findings and recommendations. This study concluded with great results, the most important of which are: that there is no disagreement between them also regarding the permissibility of leaving the gathering and the groups tor those who fear for himself infection with Corona disease, and there is no disagreement between them regarding the obligation to prevent the establishment of gatherings arid groups in mosques in such a case if a decision is issued to do so by The state, and the preponderance of saying that it is permissible to prohibit gathering and groups in mosques when certainty or conjecture prevails, according to the testimony of trusted experts that this gathering will lead to the spread of diseases among people, in order to achieve the objectives of Sharia in preserving souls.
