المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد معوقات العمل التطوعي من وجهة نظر أعضاء الفرق التطوعية وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات، وتنتمى هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية باستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل لأعضاء الفرق التطوعية بمدينة الرياض شارك منهم في الدراسة (276)عضو، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: أن معوقات العمل التطوعي من وجهة نظر أعضاء الفرق التطوعية قد جاءت بمستوى مرتفع، حيث جاءت في المرتبة الأولى المعوقات المرتبطة بالجانب التطويري للعمل التطوعي، تلتها في المرتبة الثانية المعوقات المرتبطة بمؤسسات المجتمع، ثم في المرتبة الثالثة المعوقات المرتبطة بجهات التطوع، ثم في المرتبة الرابعة المعوقات المرتبطة بالجانب الشخصي، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة المعوقات المرتبطة بثقافة المجتمع، كما توصلت إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين معوقات العمل التطوعي المرتبطة بجهات التطوع، والمرتبطة بمؤسسات المجتمع ومتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور، وعدم وجود فروق بين المعوقات المرتبطة بثقافة المجتمع، والمرتبطة بالجانب التطويري ومتغير الجنس، كما توصلت إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين جميع معوقات العمل التطوعي باستثناء المعوقات المرتبطة بالجانب التطويري ومتغير الحالة الاجتماعية لصالح المتزوجين، كما توصلت إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين جميع معوقات العمل التطوعي باستثناء المعوقات المرتبطة بمؤسسات المجتمع ومتغير المستوى الدراسي.

This study aimed to identify obstacles to volunteering from the viewpoint of members of volunteer teams and its relationship to some variables. This study belongs to descriptive studies using the comprehensive social survey method for members' volunteer teams in Riyadh. Of them, (276) members participated in the study, and it reached a set of results among the most important: The study aimed at identifying volunteerism obstacles via the point of view of members of the volunteer; teams have come at a high level, where the first came to the obstacles related to the development side of the volunteer work, followed secondly by the obstacles related to the institutions of society, then in the third place the related obstacles to the volunteer bodies, then in Fourth, obstacles related to the personal aspect, and in the last place are related obstacles to the culture of society, It also found that there are statistically significant differences between the obstacles to volunteering related to volunteer bodies, which are linked to community institutions and the gender variable in favor of males, and the absence of differences between the obstacles related to the culture of society, and associated with the development side and the gender variable, and also found the presence of statistically significant differences between all obstacles Voluntary work, except for the obstacles related to the development side and the social status variable for the benefit of married couples, also found that there are statistically significant differences between all the obstacles of volunteer work except for the related obstacles to community institutions and the variable of the academic level.
