المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن تصميم بيئة تعلم إلكترونية قائمة على التعلم المنظم ذاتيا لتنمية مهارات الحاسب الآلي لدى طلاب المرحلة المتوسطة بمحافظة محايل، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم الباحث المنهج شبه التجريبي، وقد قام الباحث بتصميم المحتوى الخاص بمكونات الحاسب الآلي في بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني المنظم ذاتيا Moodle، مع مراعاة معايير تصميم بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني المنظم ذاتيا لتنمية التحصيل الدراسي والأداء المهاري للطلاب التي تم اشتقاقها من عديد من الأدبيات التي تم التعرض لها في الفصل الثاني لدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة الخاصة بالتجربة الأساسية من ٢٠ طالبا من طلاب المرحلة المتوسطة بمحافظة محايل، حيث تكونت مجموعتا الدراسة من مجوعتين (ضابطة) استخدمت طريقة التدريس التقليدية، (تجريبية) استخدمت بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني المنظم ذاتيا، وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في اختبار تحصيلي وبطاقة ملاحظة مهارات الطلاب التي أعدها الباحث وقام بالتأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود أثر تصميم بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني القائمة على التعلم المنظم ذاتيا في التحصيل الدراسي، والأداء المهاري لمكونات الحاسب الآلي وملحقاته، يرجع إلى أن البيئة راعت خصائص المتعلمين وحاجاتهم الفردية في التعلم المنظم ذاتيا وفقا لاستراتيجية التعليم الخصوصي المستخدمة في الدراسة الحالي.

This research aims to identify the effectiveness of designing an e-learning environment based on self-organized learning to develop computer skills among middle school students in Muhayil Governorate. To achieve this objective, the researcher used the quasi-experimental approach. The researcher designed the content of the computer components in the self-organized e-learning environment taking into consideration the criteria of designing the self-organized e-learning environment to develop the academic achievement and skill performance of students that were derived from many of the literature previously studied in the first semester of the research. The research sample of the basic experiment consisted of (20) fifty students in middle school Muhayil governorate where groups of the research consisted of two groups. The first group was (control group) which used the traditional teaching approach and the second group was (experimental group) which used the self-organized e-learning environment. The current research tools consisted of an achievement test and a student skills notes card prepared by the researcher and verified its validity and reliability. The results of the research revealed that the effectiveness of e-learning environment based on self-organized learning on the academic achievement and skill performance of computer components and accessories, is due to the fact that the environment took into account the characteristics of learners and their individual needs in self-organized learning according, to the special learning strategy used in the current research. Study recommendations: 1. Teachers’ use of the list of criteria for designing an e-learning environment based on self-organized learning of the content of computer components and components that were reached in the current study. 2. Using an e-learning environment based on self-organized learning to develop different learning outcomes and higher- order thinking skills for students. 3. Encourage educational institutions to apply e-learning based on self-organized learning.
