|a يروم هذا البحث استنباط أصول العمل التطوعي والتكافل الاجتماعي في القرآن، وبيان أثر هذه الأصول والقيم التطوعية القرآنية في الخدمة الاجتماعية، وتأثيراتها الإيجابية في علاج المشكلات، وتجاوز الأزمات. إن من شأن هذه الأصول القرآنية التي شادت صرحا متينا، وبنيانا راسخا لقيم التطوع أن تسهم في علاج مشكلاتنا الاجتماعية، ومداواة أمراض الأنانية والأثرة والفردانية التي أمست من لوازم الحياة المعاصرة، مما يستوجب الرجوع إلى معين القرآن الصافي، والاقتباس من أنواره، والبحث في أسراره، واستبصار فوائده ومقاصده. وقد حاولت هذه الورقة البحثية مقاربة مصطلح التطوع مقاربة قرآنية، استصحبت أدوات النظر اللغوي، والجهد التفسيري مما مكن من استنباط أصول الخدمة الاجتماعية والأعمال التطوعية. وقد انتظم هذا البحث -بعد مقدمة - في مبحثين: اعتنيت في المبحث الأول بمصطلح التطوع، ومادته اللغوية، والمعاني المتولدة منها بما يمكن من فهم أبعاد المصطلح ومقاصده، ثم عرضت في المبحث الثاني لأصول التطوع القرآنية، وأسسه الربانية التي تشكل حاضنا قيميا، وإطارا تشريعيا للخدمة الاجتماعية والأعمال التطوعية.

|b This research purports to devise assets volunteer work and social solidarity in the Koran, and the statement of assets and the impact of these values Quranic volunteer in social service, and the positive effects in the treatment of problems, and overcome the crisis. This Koranic assets constructed edifice solid foundation and build a firm for the values of volunteering to contribute to the treatment of our social problems, and heal the selfishness and diseases of our individuality, which eventually become the supplies of modern life, which requires the return to prevent the Qur’ran, and quotation of its lights, and search the secrets, clairvoyance benefits and purposes. This research has enrolled -After Introduction- in two sections: the first section about the term “volunteering”, in its language substance, and its generated meanings, so as to understand the dimensions of the term and purposes, and then, i presented in the second topic, the assets of volunteering Qur'an, and its divine foundation that constitute embracing values incubator, and a legislative framework for social and voluntary services.
