|a هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن دور توجهات الإدارة المدرسية في نشر ثقافة السلم المجتمعي من وجهة نظر مشرفي المرحلة الإعدادية في محافظة واسط، واعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي التحليلي. وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبانة من (15) فقرة، تم توزيعها على عينة تم اختيارها بطريقة الحصر بلغ عددها (70) مشرفا ومشرفة في المدارس الإعدادية التابعة للمديرية العامة لتربية محافظة واسط. وتم تحليل نتائج بيانات البحث باستعمال برنامج (SPSS)، وبينت نتائج البحث بأن مستوى توجهات الإدارة المدرسية نحو ثقافة السلم المجتمعي في مدارس محافظة واسط كان (مرتفعا) وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.28)، وكذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في دور الإدارة المدرسية في نشر ثقافة السلم المجتمعي من وجهة نظر المشرفين في المرحلة الإعدادية باختلاف الجنس لصالح الذكور وبناء على نتائج البحث قدم الباحث جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات.

|b The study aimed to uncover the role of school administration trends in spreading the culture of community peace from the point of view of middle school supervisors in Wasit Governorate. The research adopted the descriptive analytical approach. The study tool consisted of a questionnaire of (15) items, which were distributed to a sample selected by the inventory method, which reached (70) supervisors and supervisors in the preparatory schools of the General Directorate of Education in Wasit Governorate. The results of the research data were analyzed using the (SPSS) program. The results of the research showed that the level of school administration’s orientations towards a culture of community peace in the schools of Wasit Governorate was (high) with a mean of (4.28), as well as the existence of statistically significant differences in the role of the school administration in spreading The culture of societal peace from the point of view of supervisors in the preparatory stage according to the difference of sex in favor of males, and based on the research results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and suggestions.
