المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث رسالة ابن خاتمة الأندلسي "الفصل العادل بين الرقيب والواشي والعاذل" من باب الدرس الحجاجي التداولي؛ لأن فكرة المقام الترسلي فكرة تواصلية تداولية، وتكمن أهمية البحث في أربعة أمور: الأول- حاجة نتاج ابن خاتمة الأندلسي إلى الدرس والتحليل، وهو الأديب الأريب النابه في عصره، المميز بأدبه. الثاني- فكرة الرسالة التي تناولت منغصات العشق بطريقة طريفة لطيفة. الثالث- حاجة الأدب القديم إلى الممارسات النقدية التطبيقية الحديثة. الرابع- ظهور الحجاج بشكل لافت في هذه الرسالة؛ مما جعلها أرضا خصبة للتحليل، والبحث. ثم خرجت الدراسة بعدد من النتائج التي أبرزت أهمية هذه الرسالة في التراث الأدبي الأندلسي، ومن أهمها أن هذه الرسالة تقدم؛ فكرا يمثل مرحلة أندلسية تعتمد على الفلسفة في النقاش والحجاج للإقناع بطريقة لا تخلو من الطرافة والتشويق.

A summary of the research of “The just deference between the eye, the slander, and the criticizer” letter: argumentative studyا. This research deals with Ibn Khatimah Al-Andalusi's letter, “The just deference between the eye, the slander, and the criticizer”, from the aspect of the deliberative argumentative study, because the idea of the elaborate base is a great continues communicative idea. And the importance of this research lies on fourا: The first, is- Ibn Khatimah Al-Andalusi product's need for study and analyze, as he is the noble and literary writer of his time, distinguished by his artا. The second, the idea of the letter that addressed the afflictions of love in an amusing wayا. The third, the need of ancient literature for modern applied monetary practices. The fourth - The remarkable appearance of the argumentative style in this letter, which made it a fertile ground for analysis and research. Then the research concluded a number of results that highlighted the importance of this letter for the Andalusian literary heritage. The most important of which is that this letter carries through an ideology representing an Andalusian era that dependent on thinking and arguing; to prove another vision and presentation in a way that is not free of amusement and suspense.
