|a هدفت الدراسة إلى صياغة رؤية مقترحة لتنمية مهارات الحوار لدى الشباب الجامعي الفلسطيني كمدخل للحفاظ على الهوية الثقافية، وذلك من خلال توضيح الأسس الفلسفية للحوار الناجح والكشف عن ملامح الهوية الثقافية الفلسطينية وخصائصها. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي القائم على تحليل عناصر الأدب المتعلق بموضوع الدراسة، ومن ثم وضع الآليات المناسبة لتنمية مهارات الحوار، وقد أظهرت النتائج: 1- أن تكوين الهوية الثقافية الفلسطينية والحفاظ عليها عملية اجتماعية تعاني حالة من التشرذم المجتمعي الناجم عن الانقسام الداخلي، والتناغم غير المتوافق بين الأحزاب. 2- أن الجامعة الفلسطينية من أولى المؤسسات المطالبة بتمثيل صوت الطلاب للفعل والمشاركة في بيئة القرار الجامعي من خلال الحوار. وقد أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات، أهمها: أ- ضرورة قيام وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي الفلسطينية بمشروع وطني متخصص يسهم في تدريب الطلاب على ثقافة الحوار كمتطلب مجتمعي؛ لمواجهة بعض التحديات المجتمعية على المستوى المحلي والعالمي والتي تتطلب حوارا متبادلا بين أبناء الوطن الواحد مع بعضهم البعض. ب- التأكيد على تضمين مهارات الحوار لدى طلبة الجامعات للأهداف العامة للمجتمع الفلسطيني القائم على الوحدة.

|b The study aimed to formulate a vision for the development of a proposed dialogue with the Palestinian university youth input to maintain cultural identity, and by clarifying the philosophical foundations and characteristics of successful dialogue and reveal the features of the Palestinian cultural identity. The researcher used a descriptive approach based on the analysis of elements of literature on the subject of the study, and then put the appropriate mechanisms to develop the skills of dialogue, and it was the most important results: 1- Forming and keeping Palestinian cultural identity is a social process that suffers from a state of social fragmentation caused by internal division, and not compatible harmony between the parties. 2- The Palestinian University is the first claim to represent the voice of students to act and participate in a university resolution environment through dialogue. Recommendations: A- It is necessary for the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, to set up a professional national project that contributes in training students on the culture of dialogue as a social requirement to face some social challenges at the local community, which requires a mutual dialogue between people of one nation with one another. B- Emphasing on the skills of dialogue to include the college students of the general objectives of the Palestinian society based on the unity.
