المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى البحث في متطلبات توظيف بطاقة PSC إلكترونية ووضع مؤشرات لقياس الإبداع والتميز في المقررات العملية. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، واستفادت من المراجع والدراسات الميدانية والأبحاث العلمية في الاطلاع على مستحدثات القياس والتقويم في الشركات والمؤسسات العلمية، واستعراض مفهوم بطاقة الأداء المتوازن، مع محاولة تطبيقها في مجال المقررات العملية بهدف توفير بيئة امتحانيه صحية والحد من السلبيات الناتجة عن ألية سير اللجان، والاستعانة بتصميم نموذج إلكتروني، يجمع بين قواعد البيانات (access 2016) وبرنامج معالج التصحيح الإلكتروني المكتبي (Remark Office OMR) الإصدار التاسع، والذي يسمح بحساب النتائج جمع الدرجات واستخلاص التقارير الإحصائية والرسومات البيانية، كوسيلة لاستكمال عملية التقويم (assessment) والتحسين المستمر.
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تقسيمها إلى جانبين:
الجانب النظري: ويتضمن:
• تحديد الخصائص الرئيسية لمؤشرات الأداء المتميز لمحتوى مقررات البيانو بمرحلة البكالوريوس طبقا للنتائج التعليمية المستهدفة (ILOS) والمرتبطة بالمعايير الأكاديمية التي تعكس رؤية ورسالة الكلية وذلك لضمان جودة العملية التعليمية وتلبية احتياجات المجتمع ومواكبة سوق العمل.
• طرح نظري لمفهوم قياس الأداء المتوازن.
الجانب التطبيقي: ويتضمن:
• خطوات إعداد قاعدة البيانات باستخدام access أو أي برنامج قواعد بيانات (MCQ) تشتمل على- بيانات الطالب- بيانات أستاذ المقرر- بيانات المقرر- محتوى المقرر- موعد الاختبار ثم إجراء علاقات لربط البيانات وإعداد نموذج لإظهار البيانات المطلوبة.
• خطوات إعداد بطاقة الأداء المتوازن لمحتوى مقرر البيانو للفرقة الإعدادية، وتبدأ بتحديد أهمية كل عنصر من عناصر محتوى المقرر، يليه الربط بين العناصر والأهداف التعليمية (المعرفة والفهم- المهارات الذهنية- المهارات المهنية- المهارات العامة والقابلة للنقل) ومؤشرات قياس جودة الأداء لمحتوى المقرر من خلال تحديد نسبة التركيز لكل من العنصر والهدف، ثم تحديد درجة الاختبار لكل مستوى من مستويات الأهداف.
خطوات توظيف برنامج التصحيح الإلكتروني (Remark Office OMR) الإصدار التاسع، وتبدأ بإعداد نموذج بطاقة الأداء المتوازن الخاصة بأعضاء لجنة الاختبار، ثم إجراء عمليات المسح الضوئي والتعريف وتحديد خصائص المؤشرات وتوزيع الدرجات. يليها مرحلة تصحيح الاختبارات وتجميع جزيئات الدرجة إلكترونيا وتحصيل النتائج، وإصدار التقارير اللازمة إلى القسم العلمي المختص، لإجراء المتابعة الدقيقة لما تم إنجازه من نتائج التعلم المستهدفة والعمل على تقديم المقترحات اللازمة للتحسين المستمر.
وقد أسفرت النتائج إلى:
- تحديد الخصائص الرئيسية لمؤشرات الإبداع والتميز في أداء محتوى مقررات البيانو بمرحلة البكالوريوس.
- تحديد مؤشرات الإنجاز لمخرجات التعلم المستهدفة، من حيث علاقة المؤشرات بالأهداف التفصيلية للعناصر المكونة لمحتوى المقرر، وضوح تعريف المؤشر ووصفه بدقة، الالتزام بالمصداقية ودقة ثبات النتائج عند المقارنة بين الطلاب، لكل مؤشر أداءا مستهدفا مفعلا مهما تكررت عدد مرات القياس بالإضافة إلى تحديد الترتيب والوقت لكل مؤشر بما يلائم خصائص وطبيعة المقرر، وقد أثبتت النتائج أن عنصري التكنيك والسلم متساويين في الأهمية، عنصري الدراسات والمقطوعات متقاربين في الأهمية ونسبة الركيز، بالنسبة إلى بارتوك والكتب التكميلية متقاربين في الأهمية ونسبة التركيز.
- تحديد مؤشرات عن صحة توظيف البطاقة يبدأ بتوفير البيانات وحفظها واستدعائها إلكترونيا من قواعد البيانات، ثم إجراء التصحيح وتجميع جزيئات الدرجة ويؤكده وثيقة من الشركة المسؤولة عن برنامج التصحيح الإلكتروني (مرفق الوثيقة).
- تحديد إلى أي مدى يمكن أن تسهم بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تحقيق مؤشرات الإنجاز لمخرجات التعلم المرجوة للمقررات العملية والتطبيقية بمرحلة البكالوريوس.
- تصميم النموذج Access Form لكل طالب على حده يتضمن جميع البيانات اللازمة من منظور الجودة، مثال لوجو المؤسسة- بيانات المقرر- بيانات الطالب- موعد الاختبار- المحتوى الذي تم تدريسه- توقيع أستاذ المقرر على صحة المحتوى- بيانات أعضاء اللجنة وتوقيعهم، للعمل على تيسير أعمال أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية بلجنة الامتحان وتوفير والوقت الجهد. والحد من التشتيت الذي قد تسببه بعض الأعمال الإدارية من تجميع الدرجات والتوقيعات، مما ينتج عنه التركيز وقوة الملاحظة ودقة التقييم.
- إعداد نموذج ملائم لبرنامج التصحيح الإلكتروني Remark Office OMR لإجراءات التصحيح وتجميع الدرجات والعلامات النهائية وتحليل وجدولة النتائج إلكترونيا، ومن ثم عرض النتائج وإصدار التقارير اللازمة لتحديد التغذية الراجعة ووضع خطة التحسين طبقا لتقرير المقرر السنوي، ومتابعة العملية التعليمية والتأكد من دقة نتائجها. وبناءا على الاستنتاجات قدمت الدراسة التوصيات ثم اختتمت بالمراجع العربية والأجنبية.


The study aimed to investigate the requirements for employing an electronic PSC card and to develop indicators to measure creativity and excellence in practical courses. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and he benefited from references, educational field and scientific research in reviewing the developments of measurement and evaluation in companies and scientific institutions, and reviewing the concept of the balanced scorecard, while trying to apply it in the field of practical courses in order to provide a healthy exam environment and reduce the negative resulting from the committees’ mechanism and the recourse of designing an electronic form combining databases (Access 2016) and the Office Electronic Correction Processor (Remark Office OMR) 9th Edition, which allows calculating results, collecting scores, extracting statistical reports and graphs, as a means to complete the assessment process (assessment) and continuous improvement.
To achieve the objectives of the study, it was divided into two parts:
The theoretical side: It includes:
•Determining the main characteristics of the indicators of outstanding performance for the content of piano courses at the undergraduate level according to the targeted educational outcomes (ILOS) and related to the academic standards that reflect the vision and mission of the college in order to ensure the quality of the educational process, meet the needs of society and keep pace with the labor market.
• A theoretical presentation of the concept of balanced performance measurement.
The practical side: It includes:
• Steps to prepare the database using access or any database program (MCQ) that includes - student data - course professor data - course data - course content - exam date, then making relationships to link data and preparing a form to show the required data.
• The steps of preparing a balanced scorecard for the content of the piano course for the preparatory group, and it begins with determining the importance of each element of the course content, followed by the link between the elements and educational objectives (knowledge and understanding - mental skills - professional skills - general and transferable skills) and indicators for measuring the quality of performance for the course content by determining the concentration ratio for each of the item and the goal, and then determining the test score for each level of the goal.
Steps to employ electronic correction program ( Remark Office OMR) 9th Edition program, and they start with preparing the balanced scorecard form for the members of the testing committee, then scanning, identifying, defining the characteristics of the indicators and distributing the scores, followed by the stage of correcting the tests, assembling the degree particles electronically, collecting the results, and issuing the necessary reports to the concerned scientific department, to conduct a close follow-up of the targeted learning results that have been achieved, and work to present the necessary proposals for continuous improvement.
The results showed:
Determining the main characteristics of indicators of creativity and excellence in the performance of the content of piano courses at the undergraduate level.
Determining the indicators of achievement for the targeted learning outcomes, in terms of the indicators’ relationship to the detailed objectives of the components of the course content, clarity of definition and description of the indicator, commitment to credibility and accuracy of results when comparing among students. In addition to specifying the order and time of each indicator, appropriate to the characteristics and nature of the course, it has an active target performance regardless of the number of times the measurement is repeated, and the results proved that the two components of technique and scale are of equal importance, the components of studies and sections are close in importance and focus, for Bartok and supplementary books, they are close in importance and percentage of focus.
Determining indicators concerning validity of employing the card begins with providing the data, saving it and recalling it electronically from the databases, then making the correction and assembling the degree particles, and it is confirmed by a document from the company responsible for the electronic correction program (document attached).
Determine the extent to which the Balanced Scorecard can contribute to gaining the achievement indicators for the desired learning outcomes for the practical and applied courses at the undergraduate level.
- Designing the simple Access Form for each student separately that includes all the necessary data from a quality perspective, such as the institution’s logo- course data- student data- exam date- the taught content- the signature of the course professor on the validity of the content- committee members’ data and signatures, to work on facilitating the work of the faculty members of the examination committee, saving time and effort and reduce the distraction that may be caused by some administrative work from collecting scores and signatures, which results in focus, strength of observation and accuracy of evaluation.
Preparing an appropriate form for electronic correction program (Remark Office OMR) for correction procedures, compiling grades and final marks, analyzing and scheduling results electronically, and then presenting the results and issuing the necessary reports to determine the feedback and developing an improvement plan according to the annual course report, following up the educational process and ensuring the accuracy of its results. Based on the conclusions, the study made recommendations and then concluded with Arab and foreign references.
