|a نتيجة للتغيرات والتطورات السريعة الحاصلة على صعيد الاقتصاد العالمي، تنشط المؤسسات باختلاف أنواعها وتخصصها، في بيئة تمتاز بعدم الاستقرار وذات الديناميكية السريعة التي يصعب التنبؤ بها، لذا نجد المؤسسات الناجحة هي التي تتخذ خطوات مدروسة، وتتبنى استراتيجيات وسياسات مستهدفة وفعالة، تضمن لها تحقيق التكيف مع هذه المستجدات والتأقلم مع عوامل البيئة الخارجية، وحسب درجة هذا التأقلم يمكن الحكم على أداء المؤسسات بشكل عام. من هذا المسعى، تأتي هذه الدراسة في محاولة إثبات التأثير المباشر لمتغيرات البيئة الخارجية بنوعيها على أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية، مع إبراز أهم مكونات البيئة الخارجية وكيفية تحليلها بطريقة تضمن استغلال الفرص ومقاومة التهديدات والمخاطر، ثم التطرق إلى الأداء بصفة عامة ومحاولة طرح كيفية تحقيق المؤسسة التكيف والتأقلم مع عوامل تلك البيئة.

|b As a result of the rapid changes and developments taking place at the level of the global economy, institutions of various types and their specialization are active in an environment characterized by instability and fast dynamics that are difficult to predict, so we find successful institutions that take deliberate steps, and adopt effective and targeted strategies and policies that guarantee them to achieve adaptation with These developments and acclimatization to external environment factors, and according to the degree of this acclimatization, the performance of institutions in general can be judged. This study comes in an attempt to demonstrate the direct impact of the two types of external environment variables on the performance of Algerian economic institutions, while highlighting the most important components of the external environment and how to analyze them in a way that ensures the exploitation of opportunities, resisting threats and risks, then addressing performance in general and trying to present how to achieve the institution Adapt and adapt to the factors of that environment.
