المستخلص: Corporate governance in Algeria responds to a concern for efficiency of performance. This article is based on a descriptive theoretical study at the Algerian EPE level, which presents a type of analysis of the perception of leaders of the GE and identifies their abilities to implement it. Today, this Management Style needs to reach information on a Reliable Institutional and Legal Framework, Transparent Disclosure Practices (Contracts, Environmental Assessments and Financial and Accounting Income ..), and Appropriate Management Control Measures. To improve the various forms of sustainable value added.

La gouvernance d’entreprise en Algérie, répond à un souci d’efficacité de performance. Cet article se fonde sur une étude théorique descriptive au niveau de l’EPE algérienne, qui présente un type d’analyse de la perception qu’ont les dirigeants de la GE et cerner leurs capacités à la mettre en oeuvre. Aujourd’hui, ce Style de gestion doit atteindre des informations sur un Cadre institutionnel et juridique fiable, des Pratiques de divulgation transparentes (les contrats, les évaluations environnementales et les revenus financières et comptables..), et des correctes mesures de contrôle de gestion, pour améliorer les diverses formes de la valeur ajoute durable.
