المستخلص: يعتمد دور المرأة في عملية التنمية بشكل كبير على طبيعة الإطار الاجتماعي الثقافي المحيط بها، والتنمية الاقتصادية المتحققة في المجتمع بالإضافة إلى سياسات الدولة المتعلقة بالمرأة، ولا شك أن هذه العوامل تتفاعل بعضها مع بعض لتشكل طبيعة الأوضاع الاقتصادية والسياسية للمرأة التي تؤثر بدورها على مشاركة المرأة في التنمية. وتهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأوضاع الاقتصادية والسياسية للمرأة الأفريقية خلال سنوات زمنية مختلفة، ومقارنة هذه الأوضاع بأوضاع المرأة بأقاليم العالم المختلفة، وإبراز التباين المكاني والأسباب الجغرافية لتباين الأوضاع الاقتصادية والسياسية للمرأة الأفريقية عبر أقاليم ودول القارة. وتضمنت الدراسة ثلاثة مباحث، يتناول المبحث الأول الأبعاد المكانية لحجم الإناث في أفريقيا، ويعرض المبحث الثاني الأبعاد المكانية للأوضاع الاقتصادية للمرأة الأفريقية، ويناقش المبحث الثالث الأبعاد المكانية للأوضاع السياسية للمرأة الأفريقية. وأظهرت الدراسة انخفاض الأوضاع الاقتصادية للمرأة في قارة أفريقيا عن العديد من أقاليم العالم مع وجود تباين وتفاوت بين أقاليم ودول القارة الأفريقية في تلك الأوضاع، بينما تماثلت نسب تمثيل المرأة في البرلمانات الأفريقية مع نظيرتها على مستوى العالم مع وجود تباين في نسب التمثيل على مستوى أقاليم ودول القارة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة زيادة الوعي لدى المجتمع بأهمية عمل المرأة، وتوفير التأهيل والتدريب للمرأة بما يساعدها على المنافسة في سوق العمل، وتوجيه الإناث إلى دراسة التخصصات التي يحتاجها سوق العمل، وتشجيع القطاع الخاص على توظيف الإناث، وتعزيز مهارات النساء في القيادة السياسية، ومعالجة العنف السياسي والقوالب النمطية لأدوار النوع الاجتماعي والتمييز على أساس الأعراف الاجتماعية، والتأكيد على دور التعليم لتمكين المرأة سياسيا، ومعالجة التحديات التي تعوق المشاركة السياسية للمرأة الأفريقية.

The role of women in the development process depends largely on the nature of the socio-cultural framework around her and on the economic development achieved in society, as well as the state policies related to women. There is no doubt that these factors interact with each other to form the nature of the economic and political conditions of women, which in turn affect women's participation in development. The study was intended to identify the economic and political conditions of African women over different years, comparing these situations with the situation of women in different regions of the world, and highlighting the spatial disparity and geographical reasons for the different economic and political conditions of African women across regions and countries of the continent. The study included three sections, the first one discusses the spatial dimensions of female size in Africa, the second presents the spatial dimensions of the economic conditions of African women, and the third one discusses the spatial dimensions of the political conditions of African women. The study showed a decline in the economic conditions of women in the continent of Africa for many regions of the world with a discrepancy and disparity between regions and countries of the African continent in those conditions, while women's representation ratios in African parliaments were similar to their counterparts around the world with a variation in the representation of ratios at the level of Regions and countries of the continent The study recommended the need to raise awareness among the community of the importance of women's work, and provide rehabilitation and training for women to help them compete in the labor market, and direct females to study the disciplines required by the labor market, and encourage the private sector to employ females, and enhance women's skills in political leadership, and address Political violence and stereotypes of gender roles and discrimination based on social norms, emphasizing the role of education to empower women politically, and addressing the challenges that hinder the political participation of African women.
