المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى التوافق لدى أبناء المطلقين من وجهة نظر المرشد النفسي والأخصائي الاجتماعي في المدارس الثانوية العامة بمدينة درنة، كما هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى وجود فروق معنوية لاستجابات المبحوثين حول أبعاد التوافق لدى الطلاب قيد الدراسة تعزى إلى بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية الآتية: التخصص، النوع، الوظيفة، المستوى التعليمي، سنوات الخدمة؛ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، فقد قام الباحث بتطوير استبانة، معتمدا على بعض الدراسات السابقة، حيث تم التأكد من مصداقيتها ومعامل الثبات لها، وقد تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في جميع المرشدين النفسيين والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بمدارس الثانوية العامة في مدينة درنة، وبعد توزيع الاستبانة، تم استرجاع (30) استمارة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي، ولتحليل بيانات الدراسة تم الاستعانة بالحاسب الآلي واستخدام برنامج إحصائي من خدمة البرمجيات الواردة في (SPSS)، حيث تم التوصل إلى العديد من النتائج يمكن إيجازها في ما يلي: كشفت الدراسة أن مستوى التوافق لدى أبناء المطلقين جاء منخفضا، كما بينت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات المبحوثين حول أبعاد التوافق تعزى إلى المتغيرات الديموغرافية (النوع – الوظيفة – التخصص – المستوى العلمي)، كذلك أظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات المبحوثين حول أبعاد التوافق وفقا لمتغير سنوات الخدمة ولصالح الفئة الخدمية (أقل من 5 سنوات)؛ وأخيراً قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات التي يؤمل إتباعها للرفع من مستوى التوافق لدى أبناء المطلقين قيد الدراسة.

The study aimed to identify the level of compatibility among divorced sons from the point of view of the psychological counselor and social worker in public secondary schools in Derna. The study also aimed to identify the extent of the significant differences in the responses of the respondents about the dimensions of compatibility among the students under study due to some of the following demographic variables: Major, gender, occupation, educational level, years of service; In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the study followed the descriptive approach. The researcher developed a questionnaire, based on some previous studies, where its reliability and stability coefficient were confirmed. The study population was represented in all psychological counselors and social workers in public secondary schools in Derna, and after distributing the questionnaire. (30) questionnaires were retrieved suitable for statistical analysis, and to analyze the study data, a computer was used and a statistical program was used from the software service contained in SPSS, where many results were reached that can be summarized in the following: The study revealed that the level of agreement among the children of divorced women It was low, and the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the respondents 'responses about the dimensions of compatibility due to demographic variables (type- job- specialization- scientific level). The study also showed that there are statistically significant differences between respondents' responses about the dimensions of compatibility according to the variable of years of service For the benefit of the service category (less than 5 years); Finally, the study presented a set of recommendations that are hoped to be followed to raise the level of agreement among the children of divorced people under study.
