It shows the general occupation of health, Health security in particular has a great place in the medical sociology literature, In addition to the status they have gained through the attention of global and international organizations, As well as attention at the local level, All of them emphasized the need for all members of society without exception to enjoy the right to health security, and Equal access to health services - Preventive and therapeutic - Especially in their work environment, Emphasizing the need for individuals to work in a safe working environment to ensure their health. It was also found that the exposure of workers to occupational hazards in their work environment led to high rates of occupational diseases, According to statistics, hospitals are one of the most dangerous places in the work environment. It also turned out that in order to achieve health security for workers in their work environment, especially in hospitals, There are many health security enforcement agencies such as the Infection Control Committee and the Occupational Safety and Health programs; It was found that the responsibility for health security rests with them, These are designed to prevent occupational injuries and diseases in the workplace, To face their physical, biological, social and other factors. It also shows the importance of health security for human security, Health security is one of the standards of decent work that seeks to promote fundamental rights at work, These rights are an essential element in promoting human security.
