المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى استنباط أبرز المهارات للقيادة التربوية في السنة النبوية من خلال كتاب السيرة والهجرة والمغازي من مختصر صحيح الإمام مسلم للمنذري تحديداً، واستخدم الباحث المنهج التحليلي الاستنباطي، وكان بمن نتائج البحث: وجود مجموعة من المهارات (الإنسانية وتتضمن: التشجيع والتحفيز، العدل، الشورى) الفكرية وتتضمن: (التخطيط للعمل، تأسيس الأوقاف واستثمارها في التعليم، التراجع عن قرار بعد اتخاذه للمصلحة العامة، الشجاعة) التنظيمية وتتضمن: (تفويض السلطة، تقديم المصلحة العامة على المصلحة الخاصة، جمع المعلومات الحقائق، استثمار الفرص المتاحة)، وأوصى الباحث بفضيلة تولية قيادة المنظمات التربوية كل من له الإلمام والمعرفة بالقيادية النبوية والإسلامية، وكذلك الاستفادة من الفكر الغربي المعاصر في مجال التجربة القيادية والإدارية الذي لا يتعارض مع القوانين الشريعة الإسلامية.

The present study aimed atderiving the most prominent skills of educational leadership in the Prophet's Sunnah through the Book of Biography, Migration and Maghazi from the summary of Imam Muslim's book by Al-Muntheri, and to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher relied on the deductive approach, and in conclusion the research resulted in a number of results, including: the existence of a set of human skills in the Prophet's Sunnah, including (encouragement, motivation, Justice, consultation) as well as intellectual skills including: (good planning of work, establishment of Endowments and investing them in education, the necessity to retract a decision after making it in the interest of the people, courage),and in the aspect of organizational skills include: (delegation of authority, presentation the interest of the people over the personal interest, accurate collection of information, the exploitation of available opportunities), in: Hence, the researcher recommended the preference of assuming the leadership of educational organizations for everyone who has familiarity and knowledge of leadership about the Prophet’s Sunnah, as well as making positive use of contemporary Western administrative thought with regard to leadership experience and in the fields Administrative, which does not oppose Islamic law neither its education.
