يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على اتجاهات محكمي الإذاعة المدرسية في الإدارات التعليمية بمحافظة المنوفية نحو معايير تقييمها وذلك من خلال تصور مقترح قامت الباحثة بوضعه من خلال التعرف على المشكلات التي تواجه المحكمين في تقييم الإذاعة المدرسية أثناء المسابقات، والكشف عن آراء المحكمين في التصور المقترح، حيث ينتمي هذا البحث إلى البحوث الوصفية مستخدما منهج المسح بالعينة، وقامت الباحثة بعمل دراسة استطلاعية تحليلية لعينة من الإذاعات المدرسية المقدمة خلال المسابقات المقامة بين الإدارات التعليمية المختلفة في محافظة المنوفية، وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة الاستطلاعية على أنه لا يوجد معايير تقييم واضحة للإذاعة المدرسية حيث يتم تقييمها من خلال الاعتماد على محتويات وفقرات الإذاعة فقط وقامت الباحثة بالربط بين عينة التحليل والاستمارة الخاصة بتقييم الإذاعة المدرسية خلال المسابقات وبناء عليه تم وضع التصور المقترح، حيث قامت الباحثة بعرض هذا التصور على عينة من محكمي الإذاعة المدرسية بلغ عددها (50) محكم بخمس إدارات تعليمية مختلفة بمحافظة المنوفية وهي: (إدارة منوف- إدارة شبين- إدارة الشهداء- إدارة أشمون- إدارة الباجور) والتعرف على آرائهم نحو هذا التصور من خلال تطبيق مقياس اتجاهات محكمي الإذاعة المدرسية نحو تطبيق التصور المقترح، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود عدد من المشكلات التي تواجه محكمي الإذاعة المدرسية خلال تقييم مسابقات الإذاعة المدرسية تمثلت في اقتصار تقييم الإذاعة المدرسية على معيار المحتوى المقدم دون معياري التخطيط والتنفيذ، بالإضافة إلى افتقار الإذاعة المدرسية إلى استخدام عناصر الجذب والتشويق، وإهمال عناصر الموسيقى والمؤثرات الصوتية، كما أثبتت الدراسة وجود اتجاه إيجابي قوي نحو التصور المقترح لمعايير تقييم الإذاعة المدرسية أثناء المسابقات.
The current research aims to identify the directions of school broadcast arbitrators in educational departments in Menoufia governorate towards the criteria for their evaluation, through the conceptualization of a proposal the researcher developed a position by identifying the problems faced by arbitrators in evaluating school broadcasts during competitions, and revealing the opinions of arbitrators in the proposed perception, where This research belongs to descriptive research using the sample survey method, and the researcher conducted an analytical exploratory study of a sample of school broadcasts presented during the competitions held between the various educational departments in Menoufia Governorate, and the results of the Durr The survey found that there are no clear evaluation criteria for school broadcasts, as they are evaluated by relying on the contents and paragraphs of the broadcast only. The researcher has linked the sample of the analysis and the form for the evaluation of school broadcasts during the competitions. Accordingly, the proposed concept was developed, where the researcher presented this visualization to a sample Of the school broadcast arbitrators numbered (50) arbitrators in five different educational departments in Menoufia governorate: (Menouf administration- Shebin administration- the martyrs administration- Ashmoun administration- Bagour administration) and getting to know their views towards this perception through the application of a measure of attitudes of Mah The school broadcasting is towards the application of the proposed perception, and the study found that there are a number of problems facing the school broadcast arbitrators during the evaluation of school broadcast competitions, which consisted in limiting the evaluation of school broadcasting to the content standard provided without the standards of planning and implementation, in addition to the lack of school broadcasting to use the elements of attraction and excitement , And neglecting elements of music and sound effects, as the study demonstrated a positive positive trend towards the proposed perception of the criteria for evaluating school broadcasts during competitions.
