المستخلص: تعتبر التربية الإعلامية توجه عالمي جديد، يهتم بتكوين الأفراد على مهارات التعامل مع تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال الحديثة، خاصة بعد التطور الكبير الذي عرفته وظهور ما يعرف "بالإعلام الجديد"، هذا الأخير الذي أصبح المتحكم الرئيسي في الرأي العام والمؤثر على القيم، والمعتقدات والتوجهات في كل جوانب الحياة: ثقافيا، اجتماعيا ودينيا. ومن هذا المنطلق سنحاول التطرق إلى ما تقدمه وسائل الإعلام والاتصال الحديثة وتأثيراتها السلبية على الفرد والمجتمع من خلال عمق الأثر وخطورة محتوى ما تقدمه، خاصة مع التغييرات السريعة والمتلاحقة التي تضرب المجتمعات العربية اعتمادا على أدوات العصر الرقمي، والتي يمكن في حالة عدم الانتباه إليها أن تؤدي إلى إعادة صياغة عقول الشباب بثقافات وعادات وتوجهات تتعارض وتسيئ لقيمنا وثقافتنا وديننا. وهو الأمر الذي يقودنا للحديث عن تعاظم مكانة وأهمية تنمية وتعميم التربية الإعلامية لمواجهة التأثير السلبي لوسائل الإعلام والاتصال الحديثة على أفراد المجتمع والذي أصبح أكثر من ضرورة في عصرنا الحالي. وبناءا عليه، فإن إشكالية المداخلة تتمحور حول التأثيرات السلبية لتكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال الحديثة على الفرد والمجتمع؟ وكيف يمكن للتربية الإعلامية أن تواجه هذه المخاطر والمساوئ في ظل غياب آليات التطبيق القانونية والأخلاقية لذلك؟

Media Education is considered as a new international trend, it focuses on teaching individuals the required skills to deal with the technology of modern information and communication particularly after the great development in this field and the appearance of the "New Media" the latter becomes the prevalent controller of the public opinion and the most influential on values beliefs and trends in all aspects of life: cultural, social, psychological and religious. From this point, we will try to address the main offers of the modern Media and Communication and its negative effects on the individual and the society through its deep influence and the dangerous content that represents especially, with the rapid and successive changes which affect the Arabic communities via the digital element, the latter may lead to the extension of different cultures, traditions and trends that can contradict with our values, culture and religion, in addition it may negatively influence the young’s mind if we do not take this new Media and Communication into consideration. This issue guides us to shed light on the increasing status and the importance of the development and the reinforcement of Media Education to face the negative effects of the modern Media and Communication on the individuals which become more than necessity in our present epoch. Consequently, the problematic of this intervention deals with the negative effects of the technology of the modern information and communication on individuals and society and the role of Media Education in confronting these risks and disadvantages under the absence of tools of implementation of laws and ethics as well.
