المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع استخدام معلمي اللغة العربية لاستراتيجية التعلم النشط في التدريس من وجهة نظر المدراء في دولة الكويت، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت العينة من (120) مديرا ومديرة في المدارس الحكومية بمنطقة الفروانية بدولة الكويت، وتم استخدام أداة الاستبانة حيث تكونت من (24) فقرة وزعت على (3) مجالا وهي: المجال الأول الطلبة، والمجال الثاني المعلم، والمجال الثالث المنهاج الدراسي، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن واقع استخدام معلمي اللغة العربية لاستراتيجية التعلم النشط في التدريس من وجهة نظر المدراء في دولة الكويت قد جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر الجنس، وتوصلت أيضا نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر سنوات الخبرة وقد جاءت الفروق لصالح ذوي الخبرة 10 سنوات فأكثر، وقد أوصت الدراسة إلى الاستمرار في استخدام معلمي اللغة العربية لاستراتيجية التعلم النشط في التدريس، وتوعية المدراء والمعلمين بأهمية مواكبة التطورات المعرفية وأهمية تطبيق استراتيجية التعلم النشط من خلال مساهمتها في تقدم الطلبة في التعلم، وضرورة تضمين دليل معلم اللغة العربية باستراتيجيات وطرق التدريس التي تدعم دور المعلم في التعلم النشط، وتفعيل دور المشرفيين التربويين والموجهين في متابعة معلمي اللغة العربية بالممارسات التي تدعم أدوارهم في التعلم النشط.

The study aimed to identify the reality of the Arabic language teachers' use of the active learning strategy in teaching from the point of view of managers in the State of Kuwait, and the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the sample consisted of (120) principals and principals in government schools in the Farwaniya area in the State of Kuwait. The questionnaire consisted of (24) paragraphs and distributed to (3) fields, namely: the first field students, the second field the teacher, and the third field the curriculum, and the results of the study showed that the reality of the Arabic language teachers' use of the active learning strategy in teaching from the point of view Managers in the State of Kuwait had a high degree, and the results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to the effect of gender, and the results of the study also found statistically significant differences due to the effect of years of experience, and the differences came in favor of those with experience 10 years or more. The study recommended that Arabic language teachers continue to use the active learning strategy in teaching, and educate principals and teachers of the importance of keeping pace with cognitive developments and the importance of applying the active learning strategy through its contribution to student progress. In learning, and the need to include the Arabic language teacher’s guide with teaching strategies and methods that support the teacher's role in active learning and to activate the role of educational supervisors and mentors in following up the Arabic language teachers with practices that support their roles in active learning.
