المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مستجدات الإعلام الجديد وما حمله من مضامين تمثل مظهرا جديدا لصناعة الإعلام عبر الوسائط المتعددة، خاصة كونه ما زال في معظم حدوده فتيا لم تنضج معالمه بعد، وما أفرزه من وسائط متعددة أصبحت ملاذا لجمهور واسع وفر له فرصة التفاعلية والتزامنية واختصار الوقت والجهد، ومن الملاحظ أيضا طريقة عرض المعلومات في مزيج من النص، والصورة والصوت والفيديو،، هذا ما تلخصه وسائل الإعلام الجديد التي تعد من أبرزها الصحافة الإلكترونية، التي تحولت من نسختها الورقية إلى الإلكترونية، مما يجعل المعلومة أكثر تأثيرا وقوة يتم إعدادها وتخزينها وتعديلها ونقلها بشكل إلكتروني، وفهم الوسيلة الإعلامية الجديدة والطريقة التي تعمل بها وتحليل وتكوين أفكار حول المادة الإعلامية التي تطرحها، فجاءت هذه الدراسة لتستعرض أهم ما حمله تيار الإعلام الجديد من تعريفات واستخدامات مفاهيمية جعلت منه أداة لنشر التربية الإعلامية، بالإضافة إلى طرح ما جاءت به أدبيات البحث من اجتهادات في تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال الحديثة، وفي هذا الإطار نجد صحيفة "سطيف نيوز" الإلكترونية التي جاءت محور دراستنا التحليلية، باعتبارها صحيفة لها نسخة إلكترونية فقط، وتتميز بجملة من الخصائص التي سوف يتم عرضها في الجانب التحليلي من هذه الدراسة، ومحاولة إبراز الدور الذي تقوم به هذه الصحيفة الإلكترونية في نشر التربية الإعلامية، من خلال المضامين التي تقوم بعرضها على موقعها الإلكتروني، انطلاقا من طرح هذا التساؤل الرئيسي: كيف تساهم المضامين الإعلامية لصحيفة "سطيف نيوز" في نشر - التربية الإعلامية؟

Cette étude vise à mettre en relief le développement des nouveaux médias et tout ce qu’ils véhiculent comme contenu représentant un nouveau look pour l'industrie des médias à travers le multimédia, malgré que ce phénomène reste encore dans la majorité de ses frontières jeunes, toutefois il est devenu un ultime refuge pour un large public lui fournissant une occasion interactive et synchrone et un gain de temps et d'effort, On y remarque également une nouvelle façon de présenter de l'information combinée (texte, image, audio, vidéo) incarnée par la majorité des nouveaux médias, dont la presse électronique. Cela a rendu l’information plus influente, facile a préparer, stocker, modifier et transférer par voie électronique, tout on facilitant au publique de mieux comprendre les nouveaux moyens des médias et leur fonctionnement, d'analyser et de configurer des idées sur leurs contenus. Nous exposerons dans cette étude le flux des nouveaux médias, ainsi que leurs multiples définitions qui ont faits de ces outils un moyen d’éducation aux médias. Dans ce contexte, nous prenons le journal électronique "Setif news", comme objet de notre étude analytique, ce journal ne dispose que de la version électronique seulement, et se caractérise par un ensemble de propriétés qui seront affichés dans la partie analytique de cette étude. Tous en essayons de mettre en évidence le rôle de que joue ce journal par ces contenus qui contribuerons à la diffusion de l’éducation aux media. De ce fait nous posons la question principale suivante: les contenus médiatiques du journal électronique "Setif news" contribuent-ils à la diffusion de l'éducation aux médias.

This study aims to shed light on the developments of the new media and its contents that represent a new aspect of the media industry through multimedia, especially since it is still young in most of its areas and its features have not yet matured. The multimedia it produced has become a haven for a wide audience and provided it with an opportunity for interactive and synchronicity and the shortening of time and effort. The way information is presented in a mixture of text, image, audio, and video is also noted. This is what new media summarized, the most prominent of which is the electronic press, which has transformed from its paper to electronic version, making information more influential and powerful. It is prepared, stored, modified, and transmitted electronically, understanding the new media and the way it works and analysis and having ideas about the media material it offers. This study reviewed the most important definitions and conceptual uses of the new media stream that made it a tool for disseminating media education and presenting the efforts of the research literature in modern media and communication technology. In this context, we find the "Setif News" electronic newspaper, which was the focus of our analytical study, as it is a newspaper that has an electronic version only and is characterized by a set of characteristics that will be presented in the analytical side of this study an attempt to highlight the role that this electronic newspaper plays in publishing Media education, through the contents that it displays on its website, based on asking this main question: How do the media contents of "Setif News" contribute to the dissemination of media education?
