|a في بيئة الأعمال الحديثة أصبحت منظمات الأعمال تسعى إلى صنع واتخاذ قرارات رشيدة تبنى على أساس معلومات ملائمة، ومع التطورات التي حدثت في بيئة الأعمال الحديثة أصبحت نظم التكاليف التقليدية لا توفر معلومات تكاليفية ملائمة لمواكبة هذه التطورات. وتعد عدم الدقة في تقدير التكاليف أمر شديد الخطورة على مستقبل الشركة ويترتب عليها إعداد موازنات غير سليمة وبالتالي تأثر القرارات الإدارية بالشركة، ومن هنا ظهرت الحاجة إلى اقتراح دالة أكثر ملائمة لتقدير التكاليف. تمثل هدف البحث في التعرف على بعض تغيرات بيئة الأعمال الحديثة، بالإضافة إلى اقتراح تطوير في دالة تقدير التكلفة باستخدام مجموعة من المقاييس الملائمة التي تعكس تلك التغيرات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جودة نتائج دالة التقدير المقترحة واختلافها جوهرياً عن التقديرات التقليدية بناءا على البيانات المالية الفعلية المستخرجة من دفاتر الشركة محل الدراسة من أجل تحقيق غرض دقة تقدير التكلفة. وقد تم تطبيق هذه الدالة على إحدى شركات المقاولات المصرية وذلك لتوضيح إمكانية تطبيق الدالة المقترحة ومقارنة نتائجها مع التقديرات المستخدمة في الشركة وتحديد مدى جوهرية الفروق. وقد توصل البحث إلى وجود فروق جوهرية بين تقدير التكاليف باستخدام الدالة المقترحة والتقدير التي كانت تعدها الشركة لعدد 7 فترات سابقة وبناءاً على ذلك يوصي الباحثون شركات المقاولات والشركة محل الدراسة بمحاولة تطبيق الدالة المقترحة والاستفادة من فوائدها إن وجدت

|b In the modern business environment, business organizations are seeking to make and take rational decisions based on appropriate information, with developments that have occurred in the modern business environment, traditional cost systems do not provide appropriate cost information to keep up with these developments. The inaccuracy in cost estimates are extremely dangerous matter for the future of the company, It entails the preparation for improper budgets and therefore the management decision of the company has been affected, Hence the need to propose a more accurate function for cost estimation. The goal of the research was to identifying some changes in the modern business environment, in addition to proposing a development in the cost estimation function by using a set of appropriate measures that reflect these changes. The study concluded the quality of the results of the proposed estimation function and its fundamental difference from the traditional estimates based on the actual financial data extracted from the books of the company under study in order to achieve the purpose of accurate cost estimation. With the estimates used in the company and to determine the materiality of the differences. The research found that there are significant differences between estimating costs using the proposed function and the estimate that the company was preparing for 7 previous periods. Accordingly, the researchers recommend contracting companies and the company under study to try to apply the proposed function and benefit from its benefits, if any.
