المستخلص: Les dispositions de contrôle de l'administration locale de la municipalité de construction dans l’océan physique, la municipalité constitue un système gouvernance urbanisation soumis aux règles et dispositions juridiques imposent au Président du Conseil populaire municipal de rendre opérationnel le contrôle, par la présidence de filets unique et de la présidence de la Commission de contrôle des contrats de reconstruction des représentants de divers organes de l’administration publique afin de tenir compte des mécanismes de contrôle de l’exécution des contrats de reconstruction conformément à la loi relative à 19 h 15.

إن أحكام رقابة الإدارة المحلية للبلدية لعمليات البناء داخل المحيط العمراني للبلدية يشكل نظام لحوكمة عمرانية تخضع لقواعد وأحكام قانونية تفرض على رئيس المجلس الشعبي البلدي تفعيل الرقابة، من خلال رئاسة الشباك الوحيد ورئاسة لجنة مراقبة عقود التعمير التي يشاركه فيها ممثلي لمختلف الهيئات الإدارية العمومية لتجسيد آليات الرقابة على عمليات تنفيذ عقود التعمير وفق المرسوم 15/19.

The provisions of the municipal administration's control of construction operations within the municipality's urban surroundings constitute a system of urban governance subject to legal rules and provisions that require the President of the Municipal People's Council to activate control through the chairmanship of the Single Window and the chairmanship of the Reconstruction Contract Monitoring Committee, in which representatives of various public administrative bodies participate in order to reflect the mechanisms for controlling the implementation of construction contracts in accordance with Decree 15/19.
