المستخلص: La qualité de vie, c’est un indicateur très important pour mesurer l’intégration de la population et les programmes de logements ou pas, dans l’espace urbain, c’est pour cela qu’il est important, de mesuré la qualité de vie dans les quartiers au vue de déterminer les dysfonctionnements qui sont à l’origine de la non intégration spatiale et la marginalité que connait ces quartiers aujourd’hui. Dans notre article, nous allons essayer de mettre l’accent sur la qualité de vie dans un groupement constitué de quatre quartiers d’habitat social collectif (600, 500, 564 et 250 logements) situer au niveau de la zone d’habitat urbain nouvelle Zouaghi Slimane, au vue de tester la capacité de cette dernière à produire un environnement urbain convenable pour ses habitants.

Life Quality is a very important indicator for measuring the integration of the population and housing programs in the urban areas. The measure of neighborhoods’ life quality is of great importance to define malfunctions, which are, nowadays the source of spatial non-integration and marginality in these neighborhoods. In this study, we try to focus on the quality of life in four localities of collective social habitat (600, 500, 564 and 250 neighborhoods) located in the new urban habitat at ZOUAGHI Slimane (Constantine), in order to assess the ability of this new habitat to produce a suitable environment for the residents.

تعتبر جودة الحياة، مؤشرا مهما في تحديد اندماج السكان والبرامج السكنية من عدمه داخل المجال الحضري، لذلك أصبح من المهم قياس جودة الحياة داخل الأحياء من باب تحديد الاختلالات التي من شئنها المساهمة في عدم الاندماج المجالي والتهميش الذي تعيشه أحياؤنا حاليا. في مقالنا هذا سنحاول تسليط الضوء على جودة الحياة في مجموعة مكونة من أربعة أحياء للسكن الاجتماعي الجماعي (600 و500 و564 و250 مسكن)، متواجدة على مستوى المنطقة السكنية الحضرية الجديدة زواغي سليمان، وهذا للوقوف على القدرة الفعلية لهذه الأخيرة على إنتاج بيئة حضرية ملائمة لسكانها.
