المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الأبعاد التربوية التي تعود على طلبة الجامعة جراء مشاركتهم في البرامج التطوعية لجمعية الكشافة العربية السعودية، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وأهم نتائج البحث: 1. جاءت جميع فقرات محور فوائد مشاركة طلبة الجامعة في البرامج التطوعية لجمعية الكشافة العربية السعودية بدلالة عالية جدا، ودلالة المحور كاملا عالية جدا مما يدل على الفائدة الكبيرة التي تعود على الطلبة المشاركين في البرامج التطوعية لجمعية الكشافة العربية السعودية 2. جاءت جميع فقرات محور التهيئة والإعداد للبرامج التطوعية لجمعية الكشافة العربية السعودية على دلالة عالية وكذلك المحور كاملا دلالته عالية، مما يدل على الإعداد لجمعية الكشافة للتنفيذ البرامج التطوعية 3. جاءت جميع فقرات محور معوقات مشاركة طلبة الجامعة في البرامج التطوعية لجمعية الكشافة العربية السعودية بقيمة عالية مما يدل على وجود معوقات تحتاج إلى معالجة لتلافيها.

Research entitled: Educational values for the participation of university students in the volunteer programs of the Saudi Boy Scout Association Study method: The researcher used the descriptive analytical method The main objective of the research: Clarify the educational dimensions that accrue to university students as a result of participation in the volunteer programs of the Saudi Arabian Boy Scout Association The most important search results: 1. All paragraphs of the benefits of the university students ’participation in the volunteer programs of the Saudi Arabian Boy Scout Association came in a very high degree, and the significance of the whole axis is very high. 2. Ten paragraphs came from the preparation and preparation axis for the volunteer programs of the Saudi Arabian Boy Scout Association on a high connotation, as well as the entire axis with a high connotation, while one paragraph came with an intermediate connotation which is (providing financial incentives for the participants in the voluntary work), which indicates that the university students are interested in moral incentives more Of material incentives 3. six paragraphs came from the axis of the obstacles of university students' participation in the voluntary programs of the Saudi Boy Scout Association with a high significance, and five paragraphs have a medium significance, and the whole axis is highly indicative, indicating that the obstacles that limit the participation of students can be avoided with some early preparations and good equipment. 4. There are no statistically significant differences attributable to (school year, study phase, university branch, college, participation in scouting activity, participation in volunteer work).
