المستخلص: For optimal management of the health crisis due to Covid -19, political actors adopted a new pardigma of political communication for a significant mobilization of citizens. To this end, recourse to a symbolic policy that goes hand in hand with public policies and barrier measures inevitably involves ad hoc communication strategies. Thus, the pragmatic approach makes it possible to make more efficient the statements made by political decision-makers who seek to as much as possible to challenge the citizen and order the actions to be undertaken in order to track down the spread of this pandemic.
