المستخلص: The article deals with the issue of the socioeconomic impact of Covid19 in Algeria. Its objective is to highlight the influence of the crisis on social vulnerabilities regenerating ancestral solidarity practices. The vulnerabilities approach is approached in interaction with resilience allowing societies to recover from crises by relying on new strategies. In this context, the article poses the problem of the institutionalization of the social and solidarity economy by adopting it as a medium-long term strategy in order to contain the crisis. The methodological approach is eminently analytical and synthetic-deductive. We conclude with the immediacy of a resilient policy around the social and solidarity economy sector and to start a process of formalization of the informal sector reducing vulnerabilities.

L’article traite la problématique de l’impact socioéconomique du Covid19 en Algérie. Il a pour objectif de faire ressortir l’influence de la crise sur les vulnérabilités sociales régénérant des pratiques solidaires ancestrales. L’approche par les vulnérabilités est abordée en interaction avec celle de la résilience permettant aux sociétés de se remettre des crises en s’appuyant sur de nouvelles stratégies. Dans ce contexte, l’article pose le problème de l’institutionnalisation de l’économie sociale et solidaire en l’adoptant comme stratégie à moyen long terme afin de contenir la crise. La démarche méthodologique est éminemment analytique et synthético-déductive. Nous concluons par l’immédiateté d’une politique résiliente autour du secteur de l’économie sociale et solidaire et d’entamer un processus de formalisation du secteur informel réduisant les vulnérabilités.
