|b The research dealt with the collection and study of the Hadiths narrations of Huraith ibn Abi Matar Al-Fazari, and judging them; the accepted and the rejected. The study has comprised an introduction, and two sections, The first part deals with the translation of Huraith via seven investigations, including his name, lineage, his old Shaikhs, his followers. This part also included what the critics have said about him, the heresy he was thrown by, and the scarcity of his Hadiths narrations, and his death. In part two: The researcher attempted to collect his Hadiths, then he studied their ratification and decided on them following the rules considered by the expert scholars. In this study, the researcher relied on the inductive approach to the sources of Sunnah and the collection of the Hadiths in question. The study reached several results; the most prominent are: the scholar’s revelation of the conditions of Hadiths narrators, the difference in the expressions of hurt against one narrator from one imam to another, and what is unique to him of Huraith does not count. The majority of his narrations rise to the degree of verification either because they come from various ways, or for the presence of other Hadiths as a witness. The researcher recommends: 1. The necessity of studying the situation of the vulnerable of the Hadiths narrators, and showing the status of their narrations, acceptable or rejected. 2. Divulging the efforts of the scholars of hurt and modulation in defense of the Sunnah of the Prophet.

|a تناول البحث بالجمع والدراسة مرويات حريث بن أبي مطر الفزاري، والحكم عليها قبولا وردا. واشتمل على مقدمة، ومبحثين، في المبحث الأول: ترجمة حريث من خلال سبعة مطالب تشمل: اسمه ونسبه، وشيوخه، وتلاميذه، وما قاله النقاد عنه، وما رمي به من البدعة، وندرة مروياته، ووفاته. وفي المبحث الثاني: جمع الباحث أحاديث حريث، ثم درس أسانيدها، وحكم عليها وفقا للقواعد المعتبرة لدى أهل الفن. واعتمد الباحث في بحثه على المنهج الاستقرائي لمصادر السنة، وجمع الأحاديث محل الدراسة. وخلص البحث إلى نتائج، أبرزها: كشف العلماء لأحوال الرواة، واختلاف عبارات الجرح في الراوي الواحد من إمام إلى آخر، وسلامة حريث من القول ببدعة الإرجاء، وأنه لا يحتج من الأحاديث بما انفرد به حريث، وأن غالب مروياته ترتقي إلى درجة الاحتجاج؛ إما لمجيئها من طرق أخرى، وإما لورود أحاديث أخرى شاهدة لها. ويوصي الباحث بما يلي: 1- دراسة أحوال الضعفاء من الرواة، وبيان حال مروياتهم قبولا وردا. 2- الكشف عن جهود علماء الجرح والتعديل في الذب عن السنة النبوية.
