المستخلص: This research is entitled: (Ruling on establishing Eid prayer in homes due to the new Corona virus) (covid 19), and it aims to: Explain the rule of Eid prayer in the homes due to the outbreak of the Corona virus emerging, and the legitimacy of that or not, The recipe for performing the Eid prayer in detail for those who say that it is lawful to perform it in the home due to the outbreak of the epidemic. On his wisdom, and clarifying what they have inferred from the texts and the effects on the companions of the Messenger in this chapter, with an explanation of the reasons for their differences in those issues, and he followed in his research the descriptive deductive approach, where he followed the texts of the jurists and their sayings and their evidence, and he analyzed those texts, as he worked on devising The rulings of this descending, which was stipulated in the ruling in advance, our elders scholars by doing juristic graduation on issues. Among the most important results of this research: The Eid prayer - originally - the imposition of sufficiency - the legality of conducting Eid prayer at home in light of the Corona pandemic (covid 19) - The performance of Eid prayer in homes in that case is desirable, and not an obligation - not embarrassed in performing the Eid prayer Whatever is mentioned, two rak'ahs or four rak'ahs, and the first of the two characteristics is that two rak'ahs are magnified as the imam’s prayer - there is nothing wrong with sermon after the Eid prayer in the homes if you pray in congregation, but as for her prayer alone, then the sermon is not prescribed - there is nothing wrong with performing the Eid prayer in the homes in congregation, and whoever wants Its performance alone has that, and one of the most important recommendations that came out of this research: directing efforts to discuss the jurisprudential issues related to the pandemic of the new Corona pandemic (covid19), whether in acts of worship, or transactions, or others, there is an urgent need to manifest these provisions to people, and rooting them jurisprudence - The issuance of specialized jurisprudence guides that are inclusive of the issues of this descending, indicating the legal provisions of these issues.

هذا البحث بعنوان: (حكم إقامة صلاة العيد في البيوت بسبب فيروس كورونا المستجد covid 19)) وهو يهدف إلى: بيان حكم إقامة صلاة العيد في البيوت بسبب تفشي فيروس كورونا المستجد، ومشروعية ذلك من عدمها، وإيضاح صفة أداء صلاة العيد بالتفصيل عند القائلين بمشروعية أدائها في البيوت بسبب تفشي الوباء، وقد عرض الباحث كلام الفقهاء في هذه المسائل وبذل وسعه في استنباط الحكم من كلامهم ونصوصهم، عن طريق التخريج والقياس فيما لم ينصوا على حكمه من المسائل، مع العناية ببيان ما استدلوا به من النصوص والآثار الواردة عن الصحابة رضي الله عنهم في هذا الباب، وبيان أسباب اختلافهم في تلك المسائل، وقد اتبع الباحث في بحثه المنهج الوصفي الاستنباطي، حيث تتبع نصوص الفقهاء وأقوالهم وأدلتهم، وقام بتحليل تلك النصوص، كما عمل على استنباط أحكام هذه النازلة مما نص على حكمه- سلفا- فقهاؤنا الأقدمون رحمهم الله تعالى، وذلك بإعمال التخريج الفقهي على المسائل. ومن أهم نتائج هذا البحث: إن صلاة العيد- في الأصل- فرض كفاية- مشروعية إقامة صلاة العيد في البيوت في ظل جائحة كورونا covid 19))- إن أداء صلاة العيد في البيوت في تلك الحال مستحب، وليس بواجب- لا حرج في أداء صلاة العيد بأي صفة واردة، ركعتين أو أربع ركعات، وأولى الصفات أن تكون ركعتين بتكبير كصلاة الإمام- لا بأس بالخطبة بعد صلاة العيد في البيوت إذا صليت جماعة، وأما إن صلاها منفردا فلا تشرع الخطبة- لا حرج في أداء صلاة العيد في البيوت في جماعة، ومن أراد أداءها منفردا فله ذلك، ومن أهم التوصيات التي خرج بها هذا البحث: توجيه الجهود لبحث المسائل الفقهية المتعلقة بجائحة كورونا المستجد covid 19)) سواء في العبادات، أو المعاملات، أو غيرها، فالحاجة ملحة لتجلية تلك الأحكام للناس، وتأصيلها فقهيا- إصدار أدلة شرعية متخصصة تكون جامعة لمسائل هذه النازلة، مبينا فيها الأحكام الشرعية لتلك المسائل.
