تسعى كثير من المؤسسات التعليمية جاهدة إلى توظيف التقنية الحديثة في تطوير نظمها التعليمية، ودمج التقنيات الحديثة المتسمة بانفصال المعلم عن طلبته مكانا وزمانا، وتحقيق نظم التعليم عن بعد باستخدام الأدوات الإلكترونية القابلة للنقل، حيث تتمركز نظرة التعليم العالمية في بوتقة التعليم الإلكتروني، أو التعليم عن بعد، ولعل مما يعضد هذا السعي، وهذه النظرة ما أشارت إليه الدراسات والبحوث التي أجريت في مجال التعليم إلى إثبات فاعليتها في العملية التعليمية، وتفوق المتعلمين الذين تلقوا تعليما عن طريق التقنية الحديثة مقارنة بالطريقة التقليدية المتبعة في التعليم، فسعت هذه الدراسات إلى وضع أمثلة لاستخدام هذه الأنظمة في التعليم والتعلم. أسهمت ثورة المعلومات في زيادة الاهتمام بتطبيقات تقنية التعليم، واستخدامها في العملية التعليمية، فهي تساعد على إنتاج المواد التعليمية بنماذج مختلفة لعرض المادة التعليمية، وإتاحة المعرفة للذين ينتشرون خارج القاعات الدراسية، وتأتي في مقدمة هذه الوسائل برامج الهواتف النقالة الذكية، أو الهاتف التعليمية بأنواعها المختلفة التي انتشرت بشكل سريع في الأوساط التعليمية، بين طلبة المدارس والجامعات، فهي من أهم تطبيقات تقنية التعليم؛ لامتيازها بجملة من الخصائص قد لا تجتمع في كثير من وسائل التعليم، وقدرتها على نقل المعلومة بسرعة، وجودة عالية، وتفاعلها مع الطرف الآخر تفاعلا مباشرا؛ لما لها من قدرة على التغلب على الحواجز الزمانية والمكانية. من هنا جاءت فكرة هذا البحث الموسوم بـ (توظيف الهواتف الذكية في تعليم العربية)، حيث أصبحت الهواتف النقالة الذكية من أهم أنماط التعليم الإلكتروني المستخدم في الساحة التربوية، والتعلم عن بعد، وهي أسلوب من أساليب تقديم التعليم النقال، لتجاوزها الإطار الزماني، والمكاني، وتعتمد على الاتصال التفاعلي في تقديم المحتوى التعليمي، وإيصال المفاهيم إلى المتعلم، بصورة تتيح للمتعلم التفاعل المباشر مع المحتوى، فهو تعليم يحقق فورية الاتصال بين المعلم والمتعلم. باتت الهواتف النقالة الذكية تشغل مساحة مهمة من حيز المساحة التعليمية؛ فحظيت باهتمام التربويين، وإن كانت وجهات نظرهم متباينة في جدوى استخدام الهواتف في العملية التعليمية؛ إلا أن ثمة دراسات كثيرة ترى فاعلية توظيف الهواتف الذكية في العملية التعليمية، لا سيما في ظل تطور التقنية الحديثة الذي يخترق الزمان، والمكان، فبات التواصل بين المعلم والمتعلم سهلا. تأتي الهواتف النقالة الذكية الحل البديل لما قد يعترض التعليم التقليدي من صعوبات تجعل التقاء المعلم والمتعلم في غرفة واحدة مستحيلا، فهي من الوسائل التي تقدم بيئة تفاعلية للمتعلم بالتطبيقات المختلقة، كشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي المختلقة، والبريد الإلكتروني، وغرف الفيديو، وغيرها من التطبيقات التي تتيح التواصل بين المستخدمين، وتسهل توظيفها في العملية التعليمية دون أن يحدها بيئة مكانية أو زمانية مشتركة. يسعى هذا البحث إلى تطويع التقنية الحديثة لتعليم العربية، وبيان العلاقة بين التعلم بالهاتف الذكي والتعلم الإلكتروني، والإفادة من الهواتف النقالة الذكية في تعليم اللغة العربية، وتوظيف الهاتف في العملية التعليمية، وتحديد معيقات استخدامها. وقد بني البحث على ثلاثة محاور رئيسة، جاءت بعد المدخل النظري الذي ركز على التقنية الحديثة والهواتف الذكية، أما محاور البحث فهي: الأول: خصائص التعليم بالهواتف الذكية. الثاني: عناصر الهواتف الذكية (النقالة). الثالث: من تطبيقات الهواتف النقالة الذكية في العملية التعليمية.

From here came the idea of this research marked (Employing smart phones in teaching Arabic), where smart phones have become one of the most important patterns of e learning developed in the educational arena, and distance learning, which is one of the methods of providing mobile education, to bypass the temporal and spatial framework, And it depends on interactive communication in presenting educational content, and conveying concepts to the learner, in a way that allows the learner to interact directly with the content, it is education that achieves immediate communication between the teacher and the learner. Smart mobile phones now occupy an important space in the educational space. It has received the attention of educators, although they have differing views regarding the feasibility of using phones in the educational process. However, there are many studies that see the effectiveness of employing smartphones in the educational process, especially in light of the development of modern technology that penetrates time and space, so communication between the teacher and the learner has become easy. Smart mobile phones come as an alternative solution to what might impede traditional education from the difficulties that make meeting the teacher and the learner in one room impossible, as it is one of the means that provide an interactive environment for the learner with different applications such as various social networks, email, video rooms and other applications that allow communication between users And it facilitates its employment in the educational process without being limited by a common spatial or temporal environment. This research seeks to adapt modern technology to teach Arabic, and clarify the relationship between learning by smart phone and e-learning, making use of smart phones in teaching the Arabic language, employing the mobile phone in the educational process, and identifying obstacles to its use. The research was based on three main axes, which came after the theoretical approach that focused on modern technology and mobile phones. The research axes are: First: the characteristics of education with smart phones. Second: the elements of smart phones (mobile). Third: From smart mobile phone applications in the educational process.
