المستخلص: This study aims to try to monitor international efforts to prevent human rights violations and highlight the role of international organizations, primarily the United Nations body and its various organs, in activating the concept of human rights among the people of the international community on the one hand. On the other hand, and in light of international developments and changes in the nature of threats to international security, a new concept has emerged that focused on the natural individual, which obliges the international community on the need to create legal mechanisms to define the concept of human security, try to (make it) adopted by States particularly, and provide the necessary protection.

Cette étude tend à mettre en relief les efforts internationaux consentis afin de mettre fin aux violations répétées des droits de l’homme mais aussi de souligner le rôle des organisations internationales et surtout de l’organisation des nations unies à travers ses différentes missions, dans le maintien du respect des droits de l’homme chez les différents acteurs de la société internationale.
Un nouveau concept est né, et se voit gagner l’intérêt de l’organisation des nations unies au milieu des conflits et des révoltes internes qui prennent de l’ampleur et cela au détriment de la sécurité de l’homme ce qui oblige la société internationale de trouver les mécanismes légaux pour assurer « le droit à la sécurité de l’homme » et de lui procurer l’environnement adéquat pour jouir de ses droits face à des pouvoirs politiques de plus en plus envahissants.


تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة رصد الجهود الدولية المبذولة من أجل منع انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان، وإبراز دور المنظمات الدولية وعلى رأسها هيئة الأمم المتحدة بمختلف أجهزتها في تفعيل مفهوم حقوق الإنسان بين أشخاص المجتمع الدولي هذا من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى وفي ظل المستجدات الدولية والمتغيرات في طبيعة التهديدات التي تمس الأمن الدولي، ظهر مفهوم جديد ركز على الفرد الطبيعي مما يلزم المجتمع الدولي على ضرورة خلق آليات قانونية لتحديد مفهوم الأمن الإنساني، ومحاولة تبنيها من طرف الدول خاصة وتوفير الحماية اللازمة له.
