المستخلص: This article attempts to identify the three factors and psychological mechanisms that lead to a performance variation. It is about the motivation, causal attribution and self-esteem that act as psychological catalysers. It designed as the determinants of implication, engagement and perseverance in the achievement of scholar activities. To provide the desirable academic performance, the teacher must to evaluate his students in a way that adapts to its educational choices.

Cet article s’attache à identifier trois facteurs et mécanismes psychologiques qui conduisent à une variation de la performance. Il s’agit de la motivation, de l’attribution causale et de l’estime de soi. Nous estimons qu’ils agissent comme des catalyseurs psychologiques. Ils sont conçus comme étant les déterminants de l’implication, de l’engagement et de la persévérance dans la réalisation des activités scolaires. Pour prévoir le rendement scolaire souhaitable, l’enseignant doit les évaluer chez ses élèves et faire en sortes qu’il y adapte ses choix éducatifs.
