|a يتناول هذا البحث زيارة الوزير الحاكم العام السيد نايجلان إلى منطقة سطيف عام 1950، وهي تدخل في صلب عمل الحكومة العامة في زيارة العمالات الثلاث وتدشين بعض المرافق المتنوعة لصالح (المعمرين) المستوطنين و (الأهالي) الجزائريين في مختلف القطاعات كالتعليم، والصحة، والسكن، كما تأتي بعد تثبيته في منصبه وتعزيز الثقة فيه من طرف السلطات الاستعمارية، فسعى من خلالها إلى تحسين صورته وسط الأهالي بعد تزوير انتخابات 1948، التي وقفت فيها الإدارة إلى جانب (المعمرين) المستوطنين. ومحاولته كسب ثقة الجميع للعودة مجددا إلى النشاط السياسي.

|b This project deals whit the visit of the general minister Mr NAEGELEN to the region of sétif in 1950, It has got affair with the work of the general government of visiting the three department and the inauguration of some different amenities in the sake of people in education, health and housing.it also comes after he was installed in the position and confidence in him by the colonial authorities , throught which he seeks to improve his image among the people after rigging the 1948 elections , in which the administration stood with the old people his attempt to win everyone confidence to return to political activism again.
