المستخلص: يهدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز دور تطبيق سياسة التخريج في تخفيض تكاليف المركب الصناعي «ALFADITEX» ببجاية، حيث أن هذا الأخير يلجأ إلى تطبيق هذه السياسة على أحد أنشطته المكلفة والمنخفضة الأداء وهو نشاط النقل. ولقد بينت الدراسة أن تطبيق سياسة التخريج أدى إلى تخفيض جد معتبر لتكاليف النقل بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، إذ بلغت النسبة المتوسطة للتخفيض 41% وبناء على ذلك، نوصي بضرورة تعميم تطبيق سياسة التخريج على مختلف الأنشطة الداعمة الأخرى التي لا تمثل جزء من قلب المهنة للمركب.

Cet article vise à mettre en évidence l'application de la politique d’externalisation dans la réduction des coûts du complexe industriel «ALFADITEX» à Béjaia. Ce dernier recours à l'application de cette politique sur l'une de ses activités (l'activité de transport), qui pesait lourd en termes de coûts élevés sur sa performance. L'étude a démontré que la mise en oeuvre de cette politique d’externalisation a conduit à une réduction significative des coûts de transport de l’entreprise de l’ordre de 41%. En conséquence, nous recommandons la nécessité de généraliser l'application de la politique d’externalisation aux autres activités qui ne font pas partie de l’activité principale du complexe.

This article aims to highlight the role of applying the outsourcing policy in reducing the costs of the industrial complex “ALFADITEX” in Béjaïa, as the latter resorts to applying this policy to one of its costly and low-performance activities, which is the transport activity. The study showed that the application of the outsourcing policy led to a very significant reduction in transportation costs in the establishment under study, as the average rate of reduction was 41%. Accordingly, we recommend the necessity of generalizing the application of the outsourcing policy to various other supportive activities that are not part of the profession’s core for the compound.
