المستخلص: يهدف هذا المقال إلى تبيان جانب من جوانب الفعل الخيري في مدينة الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني وذلك بدراسة أوقاف أهم ضريح فيها، ألا وهو ضريح الشيخ العلامة القطب عبد الرحمان الثعالبي. الجزائري وذلك بالاعتماد على وثائق دفاتر المحاكم الشرعية بالأرشيف الوطني الجزائري. التي تبين لنا مكانة العلامة وضريحه المرموقة في نفوس الجزائريين ولما لا وهو حامي المحروسة.

Cet article vise à montrer certains aspects sociaux dans la ville d'Alger pendant la période ottomane en étudiant le sanctuaire (mausolée, tombeau) le plus important et le plus riche, celui du cheikh Al-Qutb sidi Abderrahmane Thaàlibi basé sur quelque documents le wakf (hobous) , documents des tribunaux islamiques algériens au Archives nationales d'Algérie.

This article aims to explain an aspect of the charitable work in Algiers during the Ottoman era by studying the endowment (properties) of the most important shrine in the country, i.e., the shrine of Sheikh Allama al-Qutb Abdelrahman Thaalabi. The study relied on the documents of the registers of the Shariah courts in the Algerian National Archives, which shows us the status of the Shaikh and his prestigious shrine in the hearts of Algerians and why it should not it be, for he is the protector of the Mahrousa (the protected).
